At Auntie Anne's , the quick service was a savior before my flight. The scent of fresh pretzels lured me in, but the taste didn't match the aroma for some reason. Even so, the mini pizza surprisingly hit the spot. The staff's cheerfulness and the availability of snacks made the limited choices forgivable. Overall, a decent grab-and-go option amid airport constraints.

The cashier who had half orange half black hair(October 2023) was being a bitch for no reason. I asked her how her day was and also complimented her hair but she gave me the most stuck up attitude the whole time and threw my pretzel into the trash. Even her first impression of me as I walked up to the kiosk looked like she wanted to punch me. Talk to her if you want her mood to rub off on you. Idek why shes the face of this location zzzz

I have a hard time resisting Auntie Anne's if I catch a whiff. We waited in line for quite some time. Pretzels were just not as good at this location. They were too fluffy and lacking expected flavor.

Terminal C location by Gate C16. Nice fresh pretzels. Service was OK at first, but when I didn't give a tip at checkout, I got the silent treatment, as if I committed a sin or something. Really strange behavior.

We ordered the Sweet Almond pretzel from Auntie Anne at the Las Vegas (Southwest) airport. The lady asked us if we wouldn't mind waiting 8-10 mins for a freshly made pretzel. Sure!!! Why not, we have time tokill. It wasn't as buttery but still a delicious treat. The Auntie Anne is located in the airport so the ambiance is as good as it gets here.

On our way back to Lihue I stopped to get cinnamon pretzels for my girls. seen they had breakfast sandwiches. It's a little pricy but very delicious. I had the sausage and egg wrapped in a pretzel bun.

When I ask for a receipt and you go and dig it out of the garbage can and hand it to me that's pretty disgusting. I'm sure you can understand that I don't want to eat with the same hands that have handled garbage right? Think about it, I'm supposed to take my food into the bathroom so that way I can wash my hands because I handled garbage receipt, and now my food is just you know hanging out in the bathroom, think this through a little bit guys.

I admit it... its the smell.... this location is terminal D... near gate 34... The staff was friendly, the pretzels were fresh and had just enought salt. Believe it or not, the lemonade wasn't too sweet either...lol! Anyhow, it was a small blessing before my 4 hour plane ride home, and I bet the staff has no idea how impactful that can be for a traveler... hence the review...Thanks, Auntie Anne.. tonight you got it right!

Free soft pretzel in Las Vegas, Nevada...I was walking through Terminal 3 of the Harry Reid International Airport when I saw Auntie Anne's Pretzel shop.I thought: Gee! I should try and redeem my free pretzel from the time I used the app to order at the Ala Moana Center location! (At that time, I was redeeming a Buy One, Get One Free pretzel from the T-Mobile Tuesday app!)I showed the cashier my digital coupon for the free pretzel and she said that she will honor the offer! Yippee!At 6am, a warm, soft pretzel with a bit of butter and some rock salt sprinkles is so delicious - especially when no breakfast was planned!Thank you, Auntie Anne's for the treat! It sure helped me get going!
