I will be making calls for the state to investigate health practices here. Me and 4/5 family members including got some type of foodborne illness from the pretzel bites and hot dog bites, yesterday 11/19/25. I know that it was from AA because we’ve all eaten the same stuff besides one person, at AA. She got the cinnamon bites and didn’t eat the ones we got. We started feeling effects within 2 hours of eating. Again, I will be making reports because we feel horrible and just had to endure flights in a sickly condition.

Waited 15 minutes in line for a stale pretzel which made me feel sick after eating. There are two stores, the tiny one on the top floor and the larger one on the middle. I’d recommend against going to the small one.

Finally got to try your famous pretzel dogs after hearing so many good things. craving officially satisfied! Also Huge shout-out to Rocio S for being so sweet and helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed, was super quick, and her friendly attitude really stood out. She honestly made the whole experience even better😊I really appreciate her kindness and great service!

I went today at the location near Starbucks, customer service was Amazing!! Rocio was very patient, nice and polite The nuggets were made fresh and were super soft! Thank you Rocio, I will be back.

Someone probably wanted pretzels until they seen this is how they keep their dough… On a rolling cart with clearly eaten Jack-in-the-box …very disgusting..lost for words actually. Literally by the trash ..hopefully it wasn’t dough they were going to use .
I’m a regular here. I love this place. The staff, the wine selection, alcohol… AMAZING! I just wish the number listed actually went through

I was shopping at the fashion mall and picked up a cinnamon pretzel for my husband. No one was waiting when I walked up to order. The cashier was able to hand me the pretzel, and I paid for it. They have a small eating area that you can sit in and eat your pretzel/drink orders if you wish to also. My husband said the pretzel tasted great and loves their other food product selections.
