Staff always rude and apparently they aren’t allowed to take $100 bills. Funny how the other one in here does and the coffee bean, Starbucks all other food places do. They don’t care, just there for a paycheck.

If you’ve never had a fresh pretzel before this is where you should go!!! Love that every 30 minutes they are pulling fresh dough and making them fresh!!! THIS IS THE BEST PRETZEL IN AMERICA. Keep it simple and just order a regular pretzel which naturally has butter and salt… Delish…My go to mall snack

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. After eating their pizza bites I ended up getting sick with food poisoning. The staff were alright but they didn’t change their gloves when making pretzels and putting them out especially when their the first ones to be taken out and sold. Please be careful of what you eat and where because you don’t want to go through terrible stomach pains and nausea.

I ate from Aunties recently but forgot to give my opinion/review.I think the staff is great and doing a heck-of-a-job on the Pretzels. I can not speak for all locations, but this one here is a story of its own. I was so glad we chose this store, much so that we attempted to provide a tip(s) to the workers,.. but to our surprise, we could not because ACCORDING to the WORKERS Management has interviened with doing so.Why is that Auntie Anne's???Not permitting cash tips is ubsurd and unheard of, ever. I dont know about A.A. Prezelts anymore, maybe it's time I take my buisness else where.. I thought gratitude would always be welcomed in my books!
The young lady, with dark hair, is rude and should find a different profession. Customer service isn't the right field for her. I asked for a beverage without ice & she didn't do as requested. She's lucky I didn't notice until I'd already left. I asked for my receipt and she had an attitude. Management should definitely handle her. She's a liability.

Visited the fashion show mall location next to coffee bean. It was a busy Sunday during rush and I noticed the lady taking the man’s order in front of me wasn’t the most friendly. I gave her the benefit of the doubt knowing it’s busy so I made sure to treat her with kindness and even tipped her. I specifically ordered the pepperoni bites. When I went to pick up my order they were the regular ones, so I asked if it was my order and she said “yes.” I let her know I had ordered the pepperoni ones and she shook her head in disgust when switching them out. I don’t think this associate or manager handles stress very well. I wasn’t too pleased with the food either. They were a little over cooked.

Workers are rude and rush you. Food is expensive and not even given to you hot unless it's freshly made. They charge you for sauce when it should come with any pretzel purchase. 1.69 extra for space is ridiculous because nobody's ordering these pretzels without sauce. Plus they have the nerve to ask you for a tip on the iPad lol ridiculous

A quick bite anytime aunt Annie's is a must, the bagels r hot and soft can't get a better bite anywhere
