I work near this location so Ive grab pretzels from here many times and It seems every employee here has an attitude problem from the top to the bottom. Terrible customer service.

This location does NOT close at 11pm on Tuesdays as stated in their app. Came here 10 minutes before 7 pm and the little flaming queen working behind the counter said they were closed. They need to get their s*** together!

Planet Hollywood location. People need to pay attention what location this is before reviewing. Staff was friendly , but pretzels could have been alot fresher. Reasonably priced.

This was terrible. I was trying to get breakfast and I went down there at ten when it opened and they only sold drinks. If you want to run a good business have what your are known for made when you open. Terrible?

I had a complaint with my order being called maybe because the location was closing in 20 minutes it didn't taste fresh but the manager told me to come back in the morning and she made everything right I think her name was lakeysha she was polite and professional
Whenever my wife drags me to the mall I always hit this place for some comfort snacks. Their pretzels and pretzel bites are out of this world. They have a few different options but I'm always good with the original ones. They also have amazing strawberry lemonade drinks.

I got a cinnamon pretzel. It was delicious. I could tell it had been sitting there for a while though, hence the four stars. It wasn't fresh but it did look like they were a little slower with customers so thats probably why. I would still go back. I love their pretzels!!
