I just experienced the most discourteous behavior from the woman behind the counter at the C gate Auntie Annes in the Las Vegas airport. I asked for pretzel bites, she did not ask salted or unsalted I requested unsalted, she said pretzel as she was starting to serve me the pretzel, I said the plain unsalted bites please. She tilted her head, rolled her eyes and stomopped away to get the bites I ordered. She made me feel quite uncomfortable for ordering what I wanted, It was apparent my request upset her.

I purchased the mini hot dog bites at this location and everyone who ate it were showing symptoms of food poisoning.

Terrible customer service

Food wasn’t even hot and seemed like it was out for a couple hours. I have had gas station food that is better

Quick and easy option in a pinch. Waited 12 minutes for a pretzel with no butter but it was really good and freshly baked.

Given that I purchased Auntie Anne's (expensive) in an airport (expensive) I was surprised that I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for said purchase. Delicious as always!

I ordered the original pretzel with no butter, so it was made fresh, I had to wait 12 minutes. It was delicious.

Worst auntie anne's pretzels I’ve ever had. Tasted like they sat for 2 hours Limonade was also horrendous. We threw out food out and to be clear we were starving and eat auntie anne's pretzels

horrible service. the cashier was very rude. food was cold. Very disappointed. couldve gone anywhere and to be treated the way i was. cant believe it. as if i was bothering the person that was suppose to be providing good customer

I have a hard time resisting Auntie Anne's if I catch a whiff. We waited in line for quite some time. Pretzels were just not as good at this location. They were too fluffy and lacking expected flavor.

I logged into the website and provided email with Birthday rewards and was told if I didnt download the app they could honor my Birthday reward.. was not too friendly either.

First time here this morning. . Had pretzel dog bites didn't taste fresh had a weird burnt taste got sick immediately after eating it . . Now at the hotel waiting to vomit that stuff I ate definitely would not recommend. Didn't look very clean either
