Pretzels are sitting in a warmer brought from somewhere else, not as fresh. Cashier seemed to be taking a personal call the entire service encounter. My original pretzel could not have salt added and had no salt on top. When I asked about it they said it was not an option.

I hate to leave a bad review, but it is not good. Unlike the old location further down, it appears these may be made off-site, and they taste exactly that - made a few hours earlier and kept in a warmer. Hopefully the old location where they were made fresh about 100 feet further down (area under construction now) will come back. Until then, avoid.

Pretzels were dry and overcooked. Jevon was busy cleaning and I waited patiently while a line formed behind me. I asked for a salted pretzel bit then he asked me if I wanted a cup. I responded no just a pretzel. He rang up a pretzel and I asked did you get my coke that was sitting on the counter. He said no then rang that up. I started to walk away and realized it was a plain pretzel no salt. Went back and said he only had salted bites in a cup. He rang me up again and after I paid for the cup I said what about the credit for the wrong pretzel. He said I can't give a credit and gave me Jeff his bosses number. After no response via text i gave him a call and is working on making ot right. As soon as he does i will remove my negative review.

I had the unpleasant experience of being served by an African American woman with long two braids. Her attitude was immediately hostile as my mother and I tried to order, making us unnecessarily repeat ourselves and giving us annoyed responses in the process. She then proceeded to completely disengage and started talking to her coworker about getting a new weave when she gets home.
To top it off, we didn’t even receive what we had ordered. The receipt was correct, but what she gave us wasn’t. At that point, it was already time to leave. Poor experience. All you had to do was press a couple of buttons and give us the correct biscuit, that should not cause you to be so angry. Good grief.

But $7.49 for a plain pretzel? Guess just have to pay since I haven't had pretzel for awhile.

I just experienced the most discourteous behavior from the woman behind the counter at the C gate Auntie Annes in the Las Vegas airport. I asked for pretzel bites, she did not ask salted or unsalted I requested unsalted, she said pretzel as she was starting to serve me the pretzel, I said the plain unsalted bites please. She tilted her head, rolled her eyes and stomopped away to get the bites I ordered. She made me feel quite uncomfortable for ordering what I wanted, It was apparent my request upset her.

I purchased the mini hot dog bites at this location and everyone who ate it were showing symptoms of food poisoning.

Quick and easy option in a pinch. Waited 12 minutes for a pretzel with no butter but it was really good and freshly baked.

Given that I purchased Auntie Anne's (expensive) in an airport (expensive) I was surprised that I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for said purchase. Delicious as always!
