I have been coming to Vegas, and to this hotel, since 2012. This is the first time I had ever stopped for a drink. The waitress was very friendly, and the service was fast. I thought it was weird that I couldn't run a tab (with a credit card), because I came out with a whole whack of receipts. But it's all good!

Due to covid-19 and rules changing every week, you now have to buy something off the food menu and be seated if you want to have a drink at the bars.

Seemed like a great spot to wait for the wedding upstairs. drinks were good. then the waitress forgot to give back the groom his credit card. after the wedding the whole party came down (30+). waitress kept adding drinks to one bar bill and came back to say she couldn't split it out. we told her to close it and start new ones for the others. didn't do that. added more drinks to our bill from other people. finally closed it out and left. the next day we found out she had forgotten to give back our credit card and it was at security for us. not a great experience.

Sat and played for about two hours at the bar, Aurora has a lovely feel to it, live music and beautiful lights. Enjoyed our afternoon here, spent loads, nice servers. Luxor is massive, this place feels more cosy....!!

Go for one drink, have your card charged for another party's $200 tab. Such a "fun" surprise to get on your bank statement later. Too loud to have any conversation when the 'live' music is there, and the staff will ignore you more often than not.

Bud Light had a special beer that was available during "Storm Area 51, the can't catch us all" at Aurora Bar at the Luxor. Very good service and friendly staff. I added many photos of this unique experience. I will return.

The aurora bar is just to the right of the entrance where the valet is and in front of the hotel check-in counters. You can tell youre at the right place when you see the glass pylons hanging from the ceiling just above the bar. Its also just around the corner from Starbucks and a very short walk to the restroom. Chad was so awesome. Im a Vegas novice, so he pretty much helped me get acclimated to a little bit of the games. I sat at the bar, so the games was right in front of me. He taught me some of the games they had, and i learned pretty quickly. I was pretty open to try some new mixes, too. So he and i experimented on some mixes and theyre all pretty good. Him and bailey were working together that time, and theyre just great people to hangout with. Chad is also pretty good with taking pictures, so if you want you picture with your friends, he can help you with that, he has a good eye. I'll want to come back to just this particular spot for drinks and good chatting. I left very happy and feeling very positive about my novice experience here.

My brother and I popped in here for a cold beverage after a walk out on the strip in the Nevada summer heat. To be honest, it was the awesome rainbow light display above the bar that drew us in – we had spotted it earlier when we checked-in and wanted to have a closer look. We both enjoyed our respective drinks and had a relaxing time chatting away observing the lights.

Just wanted to leave this here because I will be contacting the better business bureau. I am gambling at the Luxor , with my two friends ; I guess I'd like to include that one is a female African American & another mixed white & black since this is significant to what I was being called by a bar staff named Mongo . Me & my friend went up to the bar to ask if he was able to make a Mexican candy shot , he very rudely said he doesn't have the ingredients to do so .. okay no problem Can we get two waters instead ? Yes id's ? I take mine out & because there are couch chairs infront of the bar I am a bit far from the table so I slid my I'd up to him . He sticks out his hand & says I have a hand & refuses to check my I'd . I picked it up I said .. Then I ask , can she have a water ? She gave her id & he starts yelling . Not exaggerating YELLING at me that he has this star on his collar for no reason because he has the best customer service & he's a human being just like me just a bunch of stuff around the bar I was so shocked at what was happening I didnt even understand why it was happening . I said absolutely nothing wrong or disrespectful to him He then yells MY SKIN COLOR HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!! & walks away to another customer . I let him knw my daughter was black& asked if he wanted to see a picture because skin color has nothing to do with anything . I did absolutely nothing . I really couldn't even believe what he was insinuating about me infront of other customers at the bar . That I am racist !? My daughter is black ! Puerto Rican & black . ! Skin color has nothing to do with anything he was right . I'm in tears , I've never had an experience like this anywhere . I'm contacting the better business bureau soon as I'm done with this review . I will never be back here . Ever .

We stopped for a drink after a wonderful dinner at Tender. It was late but the activity was still a a high pace. Our bartender Chad was the best. He was super engaging and made certain we liked what we ordered. He actually asked if he could make us one of his special drinks. It was really a nice refreshing change of pace. It is a great place to people watch as well. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!
