So this is the second time that I've come to both locations at 11 AM, and they don't have boba. I don't know when I'm supposed to come to get boba, but I went to this location and the one in Henderson Twice and they didn't have boba.

Coffee Aware offers a welcoming atmosphere and excellent beverages. The Bourbon Vanilla Latte is particularly delightful—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Their mochi donuts are also a standout treat. However, the staff could benefit from additional customer service training. Overall, it remains a worthwhile place to visit for quality coffee and treats.

Not so great if you are a delivery driver picking up here. Great environment vibe perfect. Staff could improve on wait times and product presentation. I picked up two ice coffees delivered them in a cardboard drink holder. Make the investment in bags with drink holders and straws inside because a customer sees what you’re presenting and will think they can do better than what you’re giving on their own. I’d really like it if staff could pay a little more attention to deliver drivers. We can help you keep the lights on and help pay staff checks. Other than that walking looks like a great vibe. I don’t feel more Aware when I do business here.

Wonderful stop to be productive and enjoy a surprisingly wide and creative array of lovely coffee & teas, also with food options! The mochi donuts (I tried the london fog) are to die for, and the avacado toast came at a huge serving size!! I could barely finished and it lasted me through the night, along with my tall iced matcha. Free water and plenty of outlets are provided in this interesting space, including a section of concrete stairs you can work in with some privacy. Only two "nitpicks"--the largest group-friendly booth didn't seem to have a close by available outlet, so we had to share a small table, and perhaps the concert stairs could use some pillows and more comfort-friendly amenities. But that's all!! I super look forward to treating myself here next time.

The people who work here are very kind and welcoming. I got the breakfast burrito which was bland and I got the pumpkin chai latte. The latte was ok. My friend got 3 different mochi donuts to try and usually I'm not a mochi donut person, but it was the best thing that we ordered.

i’m going to be very honest, their matcha latte was not good. the place is nice, staff are friendly, but the latte tasted very low quality. i would be better off mixing leaves from a tree with milk. the matcha they use seems to be low grade, and you can just tell by the color it was not going to be good. not only that, it was $8 including tip. that’s insane given the fact that not even CG in LA charges that much. overall i just wouldn’t get their matcha here, but everything else looks good.
