For a morning cup of coffee, this place isn’t great- the opening staff are frequently late, their equipment sometimes leaves drinks cold, and the seating is uncomfortable. Except for a convenient location, there isn’t much on offer.
The atmosphere and the service was awesome, very quick and professional. I got the fig sandwich and a regular latte. The sandwich was a little too sweet for me and the coffee wasn't my cup of tea.
To be brutally honest- We love the coffee from this place, hence why we used to visit every week and sometimes even twice a week, but the customer service recently has left me no desire to return. Today, I called in to place my usual order, despite the fact that there has been times when the phone has rang endlessly and without an answer- it's the only way to place a call ahead since ordering app has been out of service...anyway, I arrived and no one was at the counter.
