This place has good food, but unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by our server, Juan. From the moment we started ordering, he made snide and unnecessary comments about how much we were getting, as if ordering food at an all-you-can-eat restaurant is something to be judged.

When bringing out dishes, he’d say things like “Here’s the tuna… and here’s ALL THIS SALMON” with heavy sarcasm, as if liking salmon is a crime. Later, after we finished a round of food, he came back and said, “Wow, I’m surprised y’all ate that… so you’re full and done now, right?” even though we clearly weren’t and wanted to order more.

He kept hovering around the table, pressuring us to stop eating and saying things like “Don’t force yourselves to eat” when we were literally just enjoying our meal. At one point, he even tried taking away plates that still had food on them. The constant attitude and judgment made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

If this is truly an all-you-can-eat restaurant, then let your customers eat without being shamed for it. I came here to enjoy some sushi, not to feel policed over how many rolls I order. Juan’s attitude was completely uncalled for, and it made what should’ve been a fun night out feel awkward and rushed. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Very slow, unorganized service, but the server was friendly
Place was loud and obnoxious

5 star service from the manager and Juan … they both hustled and get my mad respect for their service skill!

This is an all you can eat essentially sushi place. Not to be confused with A.Y.C.E. At the PALM hotel. Be sure you check your GPS and know where you’re going. The restaurant in the hotel is the buffet style all you can eat. At this restaurant they bring food as you order. They tell you that you have to eat everything you order because there is a charge for leftovers. You can only order one round of some of the more expensive items and you can only order one item off of the dessert menu, which only has four different things. There are a lot of nigiri and roll selections and they are fresh and good quality.
You have a 90 minute limit and service is reeeaaal slow, probably on purpose to limit your rounds within that time frame.
I suggest you order a good amount on your first round. We paid around $32 per person. It’s a good deal, especially with the very few existing decent buffet options left in Vegas these days, basically none at that price range.
You can upgrade and for a few extra dollars you can choose from a few extra items, or have all you can eat boiled crabs and crawfish.

Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian rolls available

The food was amazing considering it's all you can eat. Each roll we ordered would easily be a $18 roll at other places, and the food gets better from there!

The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly, but it has an opened seating arrangement. This feels appropriate for an all you can eat, but because it's so open you don't really have any privacy for a date or something like that. Considering that's the only bad thing I can say about this place makes it amazing.

Would recommend for sushi lovers!

Ps. in the picture, we brought our own chopsticks.

I'd like to give 5. But no sashimi included in the normal AyCE. That said the food was food. Especially the nigiri as they have lots. And if you like rolls. This is your place. They have a ton of options. The eel and the octopus nigiri was great. Also service was quick and the food was pretty fast. It was slower when I was there.

Went in with a party of 3 around 8pm. We were greeted and sat promptly. Our server, Izzy, gave us some time to look over the menu, and after a few minutes came back and took our initial order (we all did AYCE). Throughout the evening our rolls and appetizers arrived, each one beautifully prepared and presented, and all of them delicious. The Phoenix rolls are amazing! The staff is attentive, friendly and professional, and the food is incredible. We've been there a couple times for lunch, and we received the same excellent service each time.

Vegetarian options: They have several vegetarian rolls, as well as vegetarian lo mein.

Parking: There's plenty of parking all around the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: All of the tables are spaced far enough apart to accommodate people with mobility issues or limitations.

I don’t understand how this place is so highly rated. The tempura is not breaded I. Tempura batter, the oil temp was much too low causing greasy food. The rolls were passable but nothing more than that. Even the alcoholic drink was not drinkable. Avoid at all costs.
