Food was really good and the server was very helpful even though she seemed busy. The ube crepe was the last finishing touch. Everything was perfect.

Great service, great food and always Good Company. My Favorite is the Banana Foster Pancakes, it was an upgrade to the Lola Cora's Corned beef Hash and Eggs. My other favorites is the Adobo Fried Rice, Kalua Grilled Cheese, and French Toast Combo.

GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE BUT...
The manager chose to have interviews during a busy breakfast.
As I sit here I'm looking no less that 4 tables and at least 10 seats being taken. People with their resumes sitting waiting 30 minutes as others are at least 10 people waiting for tables at the door...AMATEUR MOVE... when u want a real manager let me know.

I love this place. The crepes are so good. Well all the food is fresh and good. Great portions for a great price. I wish they had a bigger restaurant with more seating but worth any small wait they have had.

My wife, our group, and I recently tried Babystacks Cafe in Spring Valley, and it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient. We loved the Filipino-inspired flavors in their specialty dishes, and the huge variety of pancakes made breakfast extra fun.

We arrived early and were seated immediately, and by the time we left, the place was packed—a good sign! The only small downside was that the coffee could be a bit stronger, but everything else more than made up for it. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area and craving a flavorful breakfast.

I visited on a Monday for brunch and left really disappointed. I ordered the loco moco and the burger patty was still raw and bright red. The pancakes were overly sweet. Our server seemed like she was having a rough day and there were dirty tables with dishes from previous customers. I have enjoyed other locations, but this one was a complete letdown.
