these guys are known for their pancakes but I got to tell you I've never had in my whole life hash browns cooked perfectly like these guys do it. I got hash browns that were evenly golden brown like I've never seen before on the top, and then underneath everything was cooked perfect. they are Hawaiian themed so they have items like loco moco on their menu.
Loved this place so much that we went back twice while visiting Vegas. Had the crepe like pancakes and my hubby loved his spam and eggs. Be aware that all parties have to be present to be seated and try to come before 10am otherwise there is a wait. Will go back again on next visit.
Food was outstanding, as usual. Everything was fresh and hot. Spam scramble and Mexican omelette with carnitas were both excellent. Freshly made pico was also delicious. Both pan fried potatoes and hash browns were crispy and well seasoned. Only slight disappointment was that the toast wasn't toasted. It seemed to be just warmed up.
Service was on the slow side before and after food was served, but the food came out quickly.
