BabyStacks Cafe is a great little restaurant that serves delicious food with excellent quality and flavor. The chicken fried steak and ube pancakes are standouts, with the steak and gravy not feeling heavy and the pancakes being almost like a dessert. The strawberry shortcake pancakes are really good, fluffy and delicious. The cowboy omelet is packed with flavor. The service is also top-notch, with friendly servers and quick service. They actually have sweet tea. The atmosphere is welcoming and prices are affordable. It is a breakfast gem.
