It's a little lame to go to an American breakfast place when you're in Chinatown...but this is basically the only thing open before 11am!

The food is awesome! I got a 4-egg omelette, which comes with a side of pancakes, and for $3 extra you can choose specialty pancakes instead of buttermilk. And boy this place has good pancakes. They've mastered the art of flavored batters.

A little pricey, but that's vegas.

The service and the food are on the spot at this oof-strip eatery. Came to get some to go, quick friendly service. The skillets I got were all very.good!

Came here because the locals raved about it, and they didn't lie. The pancakes were delicious. Large varieties of pancakes, omelette, and Filipino specials. Fast, friendly service. And we were lucky to be seated right away.

Fun and delicious! PortugueseFried Rice was 💣! Chicken and waffles recommended and the selection of pancakes is insane. The baby stack team was amazing and kind. Bathrooms were clean. The music playing was fun. The whole family loved this place. Thanks so much for the wonderful brunch 💗

Found BabyStacks off an Instagram video so we knew we had to try it when we visited Vegas. It was so good, we ended up going there 3 times in 9 days! Make sure to try their pancakes as they were moist and fluffy. Cant go wrong with any of the flavors. The rest of the food was super good. Staff was super friendly.

Make sure you look at their special board behind the cashier! We missed out on trying their tres leches pancakes.

We were sat rather quickly then the wait began. We didnt get waited on until nearly 20 minutes later. They weren't so busy that this should happen. Then the bacon had a gray appearance. Disgusting. They also forgot some of our food. Our ticket was brought only to want again our waitress was sitting down with her coworker. Only when we got up to pay our tab did she move. Absolutely disappointed. Won't come back and will not recommend.

Wanted to find a place off the strip for a decent meal and glad I found this one. Food was delicious and one of the cheapest meals I had in town. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

This was a beautiful find. Essentially I just looked up google for restaurants near me and I got some ads for this other place and we went there but the vibe looked too business, and not good for families. There was also no parking. I had my eye out for BabyStacks which showed up first on the no add list. What a find it was. They don't validate the parking next door to the restaurant, but if you bring the ticket, you can get a discount at the restaurant which basically covers parking :) so nice of them.

The vibe is Hawaiian breakfast! It's so delicious! Great selection of unique breakfast items. I got the Ube crape and the Portuguese fried rice!

I came and got takeout. I had their Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, which sounded absolutely bombastic in the description. When I opened my takeout box, I noticed that the pancakes were just normal pancakes with a side of lemon ricotta, which wasn't particularly strong in lemon flavor as I had hoped (a really small hint after tasting a teaspoon on its own). I absolutely love lemon and was really hoping for a bigger punch with lemon. Instead, it was a subtle flavor that I didn't expect. It was a thorough letdown as I was eating these expensive lemon ricotta pancakes, but I couldn't detect the lemon on its own (maybe 3/10), let alone when it was spread on the pancakes. There also wasn't much ricotta either so the pancakes tasted really subtle with not much flavor without syrup.

Definitely stunt food of some sort. We ordered 2 orders of the s’mores pancakes and biscuits and gravy. The “s’mores” pancakes were bland with maybe 5 chocolate chips and dry. The biscuits and gravy? WORST IVE EVER HAD. Not sure how anyone can make gravy dry but they did it. Gravy or paste was literally caked on the biscuits and chewy.

I had a fantastic food experience. We were seated quickly, the water was good, the coffee mugs were nice sized, the food came relatively quick and our waitress was nice.
I had carrot cake pancakes with cream cheese sauce/syrup it was great and corned beef hash that didn't seem to come out of a can. My niece had these strawberry shortcake pancakes that looked amazing, and my brother had an omelet covered in cheese.

This places cookies and cream pancakes deaduzz knocked me out 10/10 and was so good. Red velvet pancakes hit everytime. Been going to baby stacks for 2 years. No wait time and quick service the waiter was really sweet and everything came fast. I waited around 10 minutes and that was for all 4 of the other people with me too . Everyone enjoyed there meal and the atmosphere was great hardly any noise.

Tables were very packed in, very loud, But good food places usually are. The waiters were nice and accommodating. I got the chicken and waffles with dark & light ube drizzle. The waffles were Belgian-style, the chicken was perfect, not too bready, flavored well. The ube enhanced the dish.

We came here it’s a very cozy restaurant. Lots of options. I ordered the banana Foster’s and Kalbi and Eggs. The pancakes were prob the best in town: the Kabli was so good and delicious. The service was super friendly and quick. Would come here again. Thank you !
