Ordered room service twice during our stay,(breakfast) and the food arrived maybe 15 to 20 minutes later and it was hot and delicious. A bit pricey but worth the money for outstanding service.

I ordered the tuna salad sandwich and got terribly sick. Someone should call the health department for this place. Be aware.

Ordered a corned beef and pastrami sandwich. The so called meat tasted nothing like corned beef or pastrami. Cheap processed deli meat. Tasted like a bad hot dog. Ate about half of it. Had to run to the bathroom about an hour later.

Incredibly unprofessional. My family and I stopped by to grab a quick bite. We buy an overpriced water bottle to share between all of us. We were about to head out and we had a long walk ahead of us so my dad told my teen sister to refill the water bottle at the soda machine. It’s just water. So as she’s refilling it, the bald white guy who was our cashier earlier, comes over and yells at her. Again, it’s just water. My dad walks over and the cashier starts yelling at him that we need to buy the water and my dad tells him we did pay for the water already we are just refilling it. Then the cashier waves at him to leave and condescendingly says ā€œadiósā€ OK. That’s just racist. Really dude? Was that necessary or professional? My dad walks away & my mom walks over to counter to return the water to the cashier and tells him off. Cashier gets pissed off and they start yelling at each other. My mom throws the bottle over the counter and walks away. I walk over and tell him that there’s a way to communicate with people and that wasn’t it. He was incredibly unprofessional. You don’t talk to people like trash and I bet if we were white, he wouldn’t have confronted them the same way he just did. His ā€œadiosā€ comment was proof of that. To add to it all, I’m dealing with an upset stomach from the turkey club we ordered.

Cashier was very rude and racist, my husband has a hispanic accent and he started to use his poor spanish to make fun of my husband’s English, we were guests at the hotel and the small cafes and restaurants benefit from our business. I would never order anything from this cafe at all., and before this guy uses his limited spanish to make fun of someone.

The only thing my party ordered here was chocolate cake, to go. In the evening, there was just one slice left in the display case. It was looking pretty sad, but sometimes you just have a hankering. We ordered it anyway, and they instead gave us a pre-boxed slice, which looked much better. That chocolate cake was so good! In fact, it was the best cake we had during this long weekend - better than the fancy Black Forest Cake at Mayfair Supper Club, and better than the Basque cheesecake and beautiful, very appreciated ā€œhappy birthdayā€ slice of chocolate cake at Spago. So, if you have a hankering for chocolate cake, consider trying it here. The cashier didn’t seem to be much of a people person, which is odd if the job is to deal directly with customers all day… so the place loses a point only based on customer service. The slice was $7 + tax in Sept. 2025.

We stayed at the Luxor and had some dining credit so we ordered breakfast for room service. One room we ordered the BLTA with tots and the Asian chicken salad. The salad was huge and filling. The bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado sandwich was big and pretty satisfying. The other room we ordered a BLTA as well but there was no lettuce, tomato, or avocado so we called the concierge back and they made us and delivered a whole new sandwich. We also got a bagel sandwich which was an everything bagel with egg, cheese, and sausage. We also ordered a side of fries and fruit. It was perfect for our pre game before going to a day party. It was nice because we got to take our time getting ready and just relax and eat in the room without having to go anymore. The people that delivered our food was very nice and friendly. There were some options but nice and easy for all American breakfast food or sandwiches.

Super rude cashier. Definitely doesn’t want to be there and when I mistake her for saying fries for rice, she wants them act like I’m an idiot whenever they do have tapioca rice pudding, which I was also considering getting so her attitude lost a sale, and I don’t think I’ll try to go back . Can’t comment on food since I didn’t get any

Somewhat tucked away at the back of the ground floor of the hotel, this is a fuss-free spot to grab a breakfast bite or indeed snack throughout the day, given it’s open 24x7 on most days of the week. Order at the till and your number gets called out clearly, with everything prepared fresh. Coffees and sodas are free refills with the machines at the rear and there’s a decent number of tables and seats given the size.

The breakfast bagel was a good size and tasty, and the portion of accompanying tatos was large. It does feel a bit pricey for what it is, but the convenience wins and I’ll probably return next time I’m staying in the hotel.

Double check your order because they got mine wrong. After paying 4$ extra for the vegan patty , i opened it to find a beef patty . They were shocked when I mentioned to them it was supposed to be vegan.

Not sure why this is labeled as a breakfast restaurant, they serve burgers and salads and sandwiches too. I ate here twice during my stay at Luxor, food was fresh, and staff were friendly and service was quick. I had a Philly cheesesteak and tater tots, and a crispy chicken salad and was very happy with both! Located near the green elevators making it conveniently close to my room.
