Starting coming here cause the Salad and Go down the street has been dropping the ball, but I’m happy to say, Baja Fresh has been picking it up.
This $10 Poco Fuego burrito is a steal, and super super good. The salsa bar somehow tastes better than it normally does. The staff here is super friendly; the gentleman behind the counter even walked my food out to me. Very polite.

It was very good the salad and chicken quesadilla as well as the pico it was fresh and not spicy. I haven’t had Baja in like 16 years as they closed most where I’m at in CA. I am on vacation and saw it here so had to try and it tasted the same from back in the day.

So I’ve been to this location specifically at least 3- 4 times since the new year and each time I’ve gone my order has been made wrong. I order take out every-time and I get the same order every time. I ask for no tomatoes each time and there’s always tomatoes, it’s not that hard to read the ticket. This most recent time, being today at dinner time, there was no tomatoes but I ordered steak and got pork. My bestfriend got the same tacos, she isn’t allowed to eat pork and received pork. I understand this is a newer location but if people feel the need to drive the location that’s roughly 20 minutes away because this location isn’t capable of making orders correctly that says a lot.👍🏼

Incredibly rude management here. Went in for the first time to try Baja Fresh and didn’t even get an option to order. My wife and I along with our small 10 pound dog (who I held the entire time) went inside for an order TO GO. We weren’t intending on eating inside with our dog but nor did we want to leave him inside our car. We waited for a few minutes and suddenly a dark haired female employee who I later found out is the manager approached the counter. My wife was near the front looking at the menu and I was in the back near the door holding our dog. The manager, who didn’t even greet us or welcome us, asked us to leave and that we can’t have the dog inside. We explained we were ordering to go and that he wasn’t going to stay in the restaurant or be near the ordering/food area. She didn’t care. She stood there glaring at us without saying anything further. We slowly and awkwardly backed away towards the door the left.
Ironically enough we have gone to multiple places in the area who couldn’t care less if we have our dog with us. Mind you, I hold him the entire time, he doesn’t bark or do anything. But this rude manager named Rosemary was on some kind of a power trip. Don’t go to this establishment. We ended up going to a place that served similar food WITH our dog, got an order to go and no one said anything.

I was so excited to find a Baja Fresh after a Dr.s appointment in the area! I live in the Henderson area and all the locations have been closed for many years. The food was just as I had hoped for, Baja Fresh delicious! I had the Baja Chicken Burrito & it didn't disappoint! So flavorful!! It made my whole day! Service was great too. Had a nice conversation with the woman who took my order. Wish I lived closer. I'd be there weekly. Love their Baja Ensalada too.
