This Baja Fresh was inside the Excalibur, and we paid the 25$ parking fee just to eat here.
Our Baja Fresh in Annapolis went out of business, so finding this one in the Excalibur was exciting.
My wife ordered the Baja Burrito, then asked the cook to toast the made burrito on the grill to give it a crunch- something we learned 10 years ago - he refused. And wrapped it up in paper -
We asked him again, he said NO! I work here and don’t want to do it .
And slide the wrapped burrito to the cashier, who was shaking her head NO after the 4th request.
We turned around and walked out. Outthe $25 parking fee - so the joke was on us..

When today noon I had veg bowl it was really good and that's why I prefer to eat now.. lunch time ladies were very nice and helpful.. just now the guy who was making was so annoying and the way he talked was rude.. just nonsense

I LOVE THE BREAKFAST BURRITO!!!! IT IS SO GOOD!!! I have it that comes with eggs, melted cheese, queso, baja paps (potato), fajita veggies and baja salsa. I wish Baja Fresh in across multiple stores in all over USA would offer the breakfast menu!!!! Please do that!! :)

The line was long but their staff moved it along quickly.
Food was filling though a bit pricey. But when you're hungry and don't have anywhere else to go, it's a solid option.
Kids meal was good for my son.
My burrito was flavorful and just the right amount of food I needed.
I wouldn't hesitate to dine here again.

Ordered a very delicious chicken bowl, plus chips an guac. The food tasted fresh and well seasoned. Surprisingly, the food tasted authentic like something you would get in Baja. The guys serving were very friendly too.
Yes, it might be a bit overpriced but what we ordered was enough for two people and considering the lack of more options during late hours, this place is just great.

Very nice, polite, courteous, and very friendly folks here. Had a Carnival taco which I hadn't had from here before and it was good. I also grabbed the Burrito Ultimo, great as always! I wish they still had Baja Fresh in Kansas City!

I cannot believe the bowl that I just payed. I do get that you’re in a hotel and prices can be high, but $17 for a bowl with a portion that looks like a 5 years old kid eat on a daily basis is ridiculous. Plus every other item which you think will be included (except guac and queso) are also charged.
