Today I decided to visit Baja Fresh on boca park, after years actually, and let me tell you big disappointment, we ordered 3 different dishes all were bad, cold, and lacking any flavor, the tortillas were hard and the meat cold, also looked like it was cooked and sitting for a long time, nothing tasted seasoned, not even with the salsas tasted better, they were pretty bad too.So 53 dlls. Down the drain.

Nice, consistently high quality "healthy fresh" Mexican fare. Salsa bar can't be beat. Great value, especialloy the Enseladas. The store needs a refresh.Kid-friendliness: good food options for kids (assuming they like Mexican)
Kudos to this place for proudly serving Impossible meat to provide an array of plant-based options. My favorite over the years has been the Burrito Ultimo with its grilled veggies. I choose Impossible as my meat. I order it with no cheese or sour cream, to make it fully plant-based. The food here isn't remarkable, but their salsa bar has the widest selection that I know of. One of my favorites is the Molcajete, which is a hot salsa with rich, fire-roasted flavor.

I went to Baja Fresh at Charleston Blvd. Store 30505, and was so disappointing, I ordered 2 taco combo plate, the tortillas were cold and when I took it back they heated them and put the same meat on them, just threw it. Yhey should maje new tacos. The cook and another employee were eating by the door, inside the restaurant kitchen and the employee did not washed his hands after eating and was helping other customers. I know the baja fresh standards an this is unacceptable from both. The service was ok but definitely the food quality was a problem. I you can't cook 2 tacos, you have a training problem. Is not rocket science. The limes at the salsa bar were old, yellow and bad. So my FRESH experience at BAJA FRESH was really bad. I was there at 11 am

Food is great almost too much not stingy with portions, great customer service fast service very welcoming , very helpful with order taking . Place needs a little cleaning but Rocio came out and cleaned and she was very friendly. Good job on customer service and will be coming back
