We were a party of 4- no drinks- basic dinner order - no extras - food was ok- I had chicken fajitas- chicken tough no flavor veggies were like seaweed overcooked the entree had a cherry red color - definitely not freshly cooked—- Ca burrito was excellent good flavor and size— seafood fradiablo good spicy as expected- 2 taco comb plate average— nothing special Service was poor for a Saturday night— bus staff poor— was seated at a table with place settings for#2 —there were #4 adults —had to ask 2 separate staff members until finally got the other 2 place settings Didn't get water refilled Staff disappeared ? Have gone to lunch at least 30 times and have always received excellent food and service Don't understand what's going on with dinner— staff and kitchen epic fail Will stick to lunch in the future

Yesterday, our family visited Baja Miguel's, which is located inside the South Point Hotel and Casino. From 11:00-3:30 they have this fantastic Margarita Meal Deals, which include a House Margarita (or soft drink), and your choice of five entrees, beginning at just $11.95 (includes the margarita!). They first bring you chips, with not just salsa, but with warm bean dip, and guacamole (yes, you read that right!). This is the only restaurant that I am aware of that does not charge for guacamole. Besides the Margarita Meal Deals, they have a full menu. For the entrees, we had an open faced chicken burrito, which has Spanish Rice Folded in a Flour Tortilla Coated with Chipotle Tomatillo Sauce & Topped with Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast & Avocado. The next entree was the Chimichanga Del Mar, which consists of Seasoned Shrimp, Scallops, Jack & Cheddar Cheese Blended with Pico De Gallo & Tequila Cream Sauce Rolled in a Flour Tortilla Served Golden Fried Over Poblano Cream Sauce with Spanish Rice. Lastly, I had the Baja Combo, which consists of Taco & Enchilada: Choice of Shredded Beef or Chicken & Ground Beef or Cheese. Served with Spanish Rice & Refried Beans. I went with the Shredded Beef. Service was excellent, as they kept my water filled. If you're looking for Mexican food, that will not break the bank, look no further than Baja Miguel's.

Slightly above mediocre Mexican food. I had the quesabirria tacos and they were ok, good meat but very soggy. My friends all thought their food was ok. The margaritas were cheap and weak. The best was the chips and accompaniment! I loved that they also gave us guac and refried beans for free with our salsa, and gave us more when requested!

The service was amazing! All of the service staff that we interacted with were great, very friendly, and helpful! Food portions were large. We could have easily split either the chimichanga or the El Patron burrito.
The service was excellent. Our server’s name was Brian and he was so attentive very very nice. The food was excellent. The tequila lime cheesecake was the cherry on the top. I recommend this highly.

Baja Miguel's has very delicious sizzling chicken fajitas! Great service!They bring guacamole salsa and sour cream and chips to your table when you arrive! How many places do that esp The guacamole! The restaurant was upbeat and did very well as far as customers! We enjoyed our dinner there!

The main entre’ / lunch special was middle of the road. I went with the Baja Combo chicken for lunch in between bingo games.
Nothing extra special but seated, placed my order, and was served quickly and with a smile. Plenty of attention to drinks, water, anything else needed, etc.
Miguel’s bar is available for sit down service if you want to jump right to chips and drinks only. 😉
