Balkan Bar and Grill

I had my wedding reception here a few weeks ago. Irene was absolutely awesome and super accommodating and helpful. Food was delicious and venue was beautiful and professional. The older gentleman, I’m assuming was the owner, was a repeated issue throughout the night. We, the bride and groom who paid $4000+ for a reception here for the hours of 7pm-12am, had an issue after the ceremony where we got stranded after we were taking pictures following the ceremony because our friends and family were holding both of our phones. We got to the reception at around 9pm (still with 3 hours of paid and reserved time), and the older gentleman was harassing my mother-in-law as soon as we arrived telling her we needed to hurry up and eat so they could clear our plates. He was also shooing our 5 year old nephew off the stage for dancing when he was not doing anything wrong. The appropriate thing would have been to approach an adult nearby and politely let them know that maybe it was a safety issue if that was even the issue. We also had prepaid for 80 plates and only about 30 guests had showed up, and we heard the older gentleman was denying extra food for our brother-in-law because his “plate was too full”. I was unaware of these things until after the night had concluded because he did not say any of these things to us directly, and our family did not want to ruin the night for us, so they waited until after the fact to tell us. Lovely venue, again Irene was amazing, but whoever the gentleman was was extremely rude and disrespectful, really disappointing to hear about someone trying to dictate and ruin such a beautiful day and event in my life that I had paid thousands of dollars for.

From the time i enter i can see hospitality and smile on Marina face. Also the owner Irina was very nice and hospitable to me and my gf. We order appetizer was burek stuffed with peppers. (Higley recommended with rakija). Then we order meat platter it was delicious. Step by people are very nice and service is 10. ????

Best Mediterranean food in all Las Vegas. Owners Irena and Steve make you feel like family and servers are attentive and friendly. Food is always fresh and great tasting. Restaurant is very clean and the ambience is perfect. You can make a reservation or simply walk in. You can go any direccion with the menu and enjoy every dish. Prices are very reasonable and portions are just right. They have items in the menu for everyone. Pizzas made from scratch, my kids enjoyed them. Family environment but also a good spot to gather with friends as they have a full bar. They also do receptions for parties and events.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian salads and pizzas, cheese, olives and fruit charcuterie board.

It was my husband’s birthday, so we decided to try Bulgarian food, as we have a love for Bulgaria. The food was delicious, so much so that we frankly over ate! There is I was plenty to take home. The food is delicious and the servings are abundant! The servers were so friendly, and they even brought a surprise birthday cake to us, so beautifully decorated happy birthday with a traditional, huge candle in it! We will definitely be back! If you love, Bulgarian food, this is the place to go!
