Bāng Bar by Momofuku was hands down the best stop of the day. Fresh, bold flavors, fast-moving line, and food that actually lives up to the hype. This is one of those places you immediately start planning a return visit to—because one round is not enough.

Something in my rice bowl is spoiled..I can smell it. At first i thought i must be wrong, but the moment i started eating, i realized its extremely gross.

I don't normally give 1 star reviews, but food was inedible trash for $27. A few bites of each thing in my bowl and immediately in the trash.

Ordered the cumin beef. It's unclear whether they know what cumin tastes like, because there was none in the dish. The beef was poor quality shredded beef. Cost me $25. How bad this was will be a lasting memory of my Vegas experience.

The porks rolls with the pickled onions are my favorite. The combination of the crunchy sweet and sour onion balance out the fatty meat perfectly. A+

Ordered a chicken wrap which I had to throw away after a couple bites. Chicken was extremely dry and hard.. seemed overcooked and old. Felt like chewing on plastic. The wrap also contains raw cabbage, but I had 2 large slices of the cabbage’s core which were also difficult to chew through. Their teriyaki sauce is also pathetic. Would not recommend. Avoid this place. There’s a reason it has the shortest line.

My husband and I stopped to eat at Bang Bar for a quick lunch. We LOVE Momofuku, so we thought this would be a good option for us.

The service was fast and we waited less than 10 minutes for our food. I ordered the Roasted Pork salad bowl with a cucumber salad on the side and my husband had the Teriyaki Chicken salad bowl.

The food was fast and flavorful but both dishes were very salty and afterwards I had an upset stomach. Unfortunately, I won't be dining here again.

Let's be real. This place is relatively bland. Of course, since it's in the Cosmopolitan, it's overpriced... though not absurdly. The worker had a great attitude, but at the end of the day, if this place was in Chinatown, it'd be a joke. Chipotle has far more flavor.

TL;DR: Pretty tasty, pretty pricey. The Yuzu lemonade is sweet with a nice tang but was 10 dollars. I loved the honey sesame cookie (not pictured). The rest of our food was good! The smashed potatoes and cumin beef were hearty and flavorful. The shrimp bao had a more delicate flavor. Cucumbers were good. Seating is a struggle around lunch time so we had to take it to go. Overall a nice lunch stop.

Tucked away on the second level of the Cosmopolitan, Bang Bar by Momofuku felt like a must try.

Ordered the Spicy Eggplant salad bowl and boy it was delicious. Great customer service and one of those were finesse and fire produce a some amazing bites.

A place where you stop for a quick bite and end up lingering and savoring something unexpectedly unforgettable.

Truly amazing and a definite recommendation!!
