Can’t go wrong with a spicy pork wrap.

I always find myself stumbling back to Bang Bar whenever I’m in the chaotic, neon-lit madness that is Vegas. Usually more than once, because once is never enough when you’re riding the high of pure culinary ecstasy.

The menu is simple—mercifully so in a town where excess and gluttony reign supreme—but don’t let that fool you. Each choice, a bombshell of flavor, hits you like a freight train, sending your taste buds into a frenzied dance that leaves you deliriously satisfied.

Consistent. Reliable. A culinary sniper that never misses its mark.

Bang Bar is a refreshing island of controlled chaos in the heart of Vegas, and every visit feels like riding the edge of something great, something unforgettable.

You’d be mad to pass it up.

Chicken and rice was my daughter’s favorite. A bit pricy at $16 or $18 (I forgot) but it’s Vegas and the Cosmo so it’s expected. Food came out pretty fast. Simple and good works for my 1 year old.

I picked here as the line was the shortest and MAN I don't know why. The food was delicious! We did a rice bowl with teriyaki chicken and chickpea dip. Split between 2 adults for a great meal. Vinnie was also quite helpful and very personable.

This place is perfect when you need a quick bite to eat but don't have time for a full dining experience. The Mediterranean wraps are great value and are bursting with flavor. The food hall can become really busy, making it difficult to find a place to enjoy your food once you've ordered but aside from that it's the perfect place to grab a delicious and affordable meal on the strip.

Parking: Parking is available at the Cosmopolitan parking garage for visitors and hotel guests.

Momofuku, once a highly regarded name in the culinary world, has recently tarnished its reputation with aggressive legal tactics. David Chang, the founder, and his legal team have sent cease-and-desist letters to small businesses for using the name "Chili Crunch," a condiment that has been part of Asian culinary traditions for centuries. Chang's actions seem hypocritical, especially considering that his brand profits from the same cultural heritage he's attempting to claim exclusive rights over. Asians have been using variations of chili crisp or chili oil for hundreds of years, and this attempt to monopolize a name that has deep cultural roots feels like exploitation. David Chang, who has spoken openly about his complicated relationship with his Asian identity, seems willing to capitalize on that very heritage at the expense of smaller, often family-run businesses. The bullying of mom-and-pop manufacturers with ancestral ties to these spicy, crispy condiments is disheartening. These businesses simply continue a long-standing culinary tradition that predates Chang and Momofuku.

Very delicious and cheap food! The pork u-wrap was really good, but the cheese tteokbokki (rice cakes) were absolutely phenomenal, would highly recommend trying them!

Great casual place, we got rice bowls, they came out quickly and were delicious!

I rarely give out 4* reviews but the overpowering sourness of the garnish forced me to, I mean I could not taste anything but pickled onion or whatever it was. I had the U Wrap and the folds, cumin beef and spicy pork respectively. The texture of the U Wrap was very nice however.

Street food in a hotel shopping strip. I stopped to try it out because it was by momofuku and I wanted something simple for lunch, thinking the kids might eat it too. The meat was full of flavour. Kids made the plate and flat bread quite messy as they picked the veges out.
I think if presentation was better, maybe it may have tasted nicer.

Good flavor for a food court location. The filling to flatbread ratio could be slightly better.

Great quick stop for lunch or dinner! The rice bowls were huge, you could easily split one if you’re not starving. Pork was amazing, and actually wasn’t very spicy. Prices are reasonable given the large portions. Would go back again for a quick and cheap lunch in Vegas.

Our cashier Rachel was phenomenal. Best service of the whole trip. Food was very okay but affordable. Chickpea dip had essentially no flavor. Spicy pork wrap had nice marinade and glaze but was kind of one dimensional. Needed the pickled onion or cabbage that the fold ups had. I’d recommend.
