They should evaluate their servers as ours came across quite smug. We recently relocated to Las Vegas and if this is what the offered to the public I can understand why things are struggling on the strip or why others have gone under. We both chose the flounder as the preparation sounded quite interesting. Of note the entree was a 1/2 a filet about 4oz in size even with the croissant it was small on the plate with the asparagus and sauce. Comparing to other prime seafood...
We focused on dessert and drinks, and it was such an excellent way to end our evening. The glass of Sancerre was crisp. The macaron with the out-of-this-world chocolate sauce was fantastic. Our server Oscar was a 10 out of 10.
Kim was a fantastic server for our anniversary pre-Bruno Mars dinner. The caviar deviled eggs were a delicious bite to begin. I enjoyed my espresso martini and my husband had an old fashioned though he said it wasn't particularly special. The flounder with pearls was a fantastic dish - crispy and light and flavorful - suggested by Kim and I enjoyed it and my husband said his pork chop was hearty and delicious.
