Fatal !!!!!!! The service!!! not at all friendly, no one came in and greeted two teenagers and they had a look of not wanting to be there. I love the snow in this place but the staff is horrible ?

Pretty fast service considering how crowded it was when we got there. Unfortunately, the chocolate ice cream I got had ice burn on it, and large chunks of ice in it. Nobody wants ice cream like that. I threw most of it away in their trash can. The pistachio ice cream and the mint chip ice cream ordered by two others in my party were both very good.

This is my custom ordered Teletubby Cake from Baskin Robbins. Maybe it was my mistake to ask for this idea, but this is what I got. And I called maybe 3 or 4 days in advance. Very disappointed in how it LOOKS

I Ordered and Paid for a Birthday cake for my Husband's Birthday Party online 3 weeks early... the day of pick up, the store did not have my order, nor offered a refund, I did not ever hear back from the store manager. An embarrassment.

Ordered thru Uber eats. I lov e Baskin Robbins but...I did the 2 pack and I got my jamocha almond fudge. I also was supposed to get chocolate chip cookie dough but sadly got chocolate chip instead .. it's too much trouble dealing with Uber so I took a star from this location. I still love you but I love the cookie dough version better.
