It’s customary for businesses, especially chains as large as BR, to offer some kind of compensation or voucher if there was an issue that the chain itself was responsible for. I left a complaint and the store responded, confirming that they should have dealt with the situation differently, and then didn’t address the money that I lost as a result of their lack of attention to detail. DO NOT go to Baskin Robbins, they do not care about their customers.

My mother purchased an ice cream cone, and as she was paying, the scoop fell off. Perhaps if the ice cream had been more securely placed on the cone, this mishap could have been avoided. When she requested a replacement, the server insisted on charging her again or suggested she retrieve the fallen ice cream from the counter. As a loyal customer who visits 1-2 times weekly and purchases multiple cakes throughout the year—always tipping the staff—I am deeply disappointed. This experience has led me to decide not to return. Instead, I’ll be taking my business to Cold Stone.

The only reason one star was even provided is because they were open. That’s all this location deserves credit for. I needed to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday and the man who helped me was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I kept trying to ask a question only to be cut off before mid sentence by this rude individual telling me I’m not listening to what he’s saying,” when the fact of the matter was he wasn’t letting me finish my sentence which was a question he later answered, rudely. I felt belittled, insulted and a little scared for my safety. Fortunately another customer walked in. I had to repeat things numerous times to him never responding annoyed or irritated but calm. No customer should be made to feel this way. It’s unacceptable! I continued with the order just to get it over with but with no intention of picking up. I plan to contact the manager but I seriously doubt they will care. It’s unfortunate that something that should have been happy turned out inflammatory. I came there because I didn’t want to spend $83 for a small cake at Freed’s. They were nice just expensive. I guess the old saying is true, “you get what you pay for.” Niceness and professionalism aren’t free anymore in America.

Arrived to pick it up at 1130a per the store’s direction and it’s closed. No answer on the phone either. We’re heading to another basking robins nearby in the hope they’re willing to accommodate us.

We are regulars coming to this branch. First time we came on a Monday today. Our first frustration when the scoop is just like half size the regular we get and no chocolate wafer cone. And the girl who served is just rushing to scoop so it’s a small scoop..

Maggie was so sweet and helpful in ordering a cake for us! This location has really nice cakes, it’s clean and has a very nice staff. I recommend this location over others in the area. And their Halloween decorations in the store were festive & cute!
