I am 5 months pregnant and it is a high risk pregnancy. Before pregnancy I was coming very often to your stores but now I can do once in a while. I never had a problem with anyone in a store, people are usually friendly, but today I came in and there was a woman (later claiming she is a manager) working, she didn’t even say hello she just stood there and I felt a pressure to choose mu one scoop as fast as I can. I chose one scoop asked politely for it she still didn’t say anything. She went to the register straight not asking if I would like anything else and said $5 and something. She gave me the smallest scoop ever but I didn’t complain since I can’t have a lot of sugar. Her face was so unfriendly I felt like I shouldn’t even come in a first place. I paid and turned around to leave when she said THANK YOU FOR TIP. This was the first time ever that I didn’t leave the tip at your store. She didn’t deserve it in any possible way. She ruined my day and made me feel anxious!! I am never coming back.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an establishment. The manager, Deb, shouldnot be a manager. I ordered a cake and by the time we got to the party we cut into the cake and realized it was not the cake I ordered. So I called the next day and I explain the situation to Deb, off the bat, she was condescending and rude, defensive and accusatory. I was kind in explaining the situation, but DEB did not relay that kindness back to me.. I honestly don't know how you can talk to another human being like that let alone someone who is a customer. She made up a whole story about how she called my phone and left me a Message and then someone called her back to change the cake. Which never happened. I told her they must've called the wrong number and she said "no sweetheart. (In a condescending tone.)We actually called the number on the receipt" and I checked the receipt and it was the correct number so they could not have called me and no guy would've answered my phone. when I picked the cake up, they didn't even inform me of the change I did not find out until I cut into the cake and realized it was all wrong. She told me she would reach out to me in 20 minutes when she spoke to the store owner but I never received any communication. I called the store back after a few hours and the nicest employee named Isaiah answered and he was much more helpful than Deb was, and much more kind.. in short deb is the worst customer service person I have ever come across and should not be managing a location. Isaiah should get a raise. It's been days of trying to reach out to deb and she is either not there or wants me to come in person which I don't have the schedule for to just go in when she's working. Seems like she's trying really hard to avoid the situation.

I stopped by this ice cream shop in Las Vegas recently to treat myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and clean interior of this Baskin-Robbins location. The ice cream was superb, and the service was fast and friendly. I'd definitely go back.

Did you know BR is opened until 10pm .. that's awesome. They have all cake sizes. Carlos was awesome, funny and very helpful. Very nice store, cleaned, little music.. nice place to relax and get out of the heat! Thanks for getting my workout/ birthday ice cream cake lol

I believe the girl that helped me's name was Rachel (I really hope that's right because she deserves a shout out). Her customer service was ON POINT- friendly, helpful, and quick service. She greeted me when I walked in and we even had a nice little conversation. She honestly made my day and that was the last thing i was expecting running in to get a scoop of ice cream by myself.

This place is poorly run. Go in an order something priced at $6.99 on the menu, register says $7.99, “oh we just raised our menu prices”…. Okay no big deal mistakes happen… go in literally 5 days later and menu says $7.99, register says $8.99. Same stupid excuse… do t even get me started on “inflation”… not to mention they always have 4-5 people working in there but only 1 person serving customer in the store… you can find one only doing online orders, and 2-3 always in the back doing dishes together so if there’s 3 peopleIn front of you, have fun waiting. Everywhere is like this now, but this place stands out.

Horrible experience to say the least. Ordered a custom photo cake for my wife for a surprise party and called to confirm the time it would be ready. I was told to come on the evening about 9pm and it would be ready for pickup. When I arrived and looked at the cake the ink clearly had faded as the photo had lines and cracks in it and was completely distorted. The woman working insisted it looked fine however I showed her the photo that I provided and compared this to the cake and told her there was no way I was accepting this as I paid for this and this was a surprise. She then told me she would have the cake artist redo this for pickup the next day however our surprise party was that night and we could not push the date so we ended up having to go to Freeds to grab a cake from their case for our party. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they don't have managers there's only employees and the store owner but the owner does not speak to customers. After haggling with the cake artist for 45 mins she then offers me $10 back but says she can't cancel and refund my whole order regardless of their error and deadline not being met. When I finally received the cake the next day the cake itself was extremely dry and even after defrosting for 90 mins it tasted old and stale. Never will we ever patronize this location again as the lack of service and care are clearly not there.

Told them Saturday that I need to pick up a custom cake for my son Monday around 12-3, called around 4 to pick it up for my sons party just for them to tell me that it won’t be ready till Tuesday after 9am because the cake decorator didn’t get to my sons cake. When I went to pick the cake up it was almost $20 more than what they quoted me on the phone. THIS BASKIN ROBBINS SUCK. My son didn’t get his cake till a day after his birthday and I paid more money than quoted.
