Your colleagues, I noticed were the same. We need more people like you in this crazy world. I’m Latino and usually get looked at differently because of the brown skin I was proudly born with. I ordered a photo creation cake for my stepdaughters 18th birthday and ordered the cake to be chocolate with strawberry cheesecake ice cream. When I brought the cake out and we cut into it at my party the cake was wrong. They gave me vanilla. Obviously nothing could be done right away so I called the store later and the manager told me (because we were parting ways . I will never order from this location again because I can’t take the chance of this happening again. I will order from Baskin Robbin’s again just not this location) that there was nothing she could do since we weren’t doing business together and hung up the phone on me. Disgusting .

Came in for a doordash order. Gave them the name and its was only two people in line. Had me waiting for over 12 minutes while they help other people coming in and said they forgot about me.

I’ve been a loyal Baskin Robbins customer for many years, but this recent experience was truly disappointing. I ordered a cone of ice cream, and to my shock, there was another cone inside the larger cone, with the paper wrapper still on it! This meant that the inside of my cone was lined with Baskin Robbins paper, which completely ruined the experience. It was unpleasant and unhygienic, and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my ice cream.
When I brought this to the attention of the staff, Breanna ( leader on charge) only refunded me 80 cents—the price of the cone—and said there was nothing more she could do. I politely asked for a replacement, but she refused. I felt dismissed and unvalued as a customer.
Unfortunately, this kind of service has made me reconsider returning to this store. I expected better from a brand I’ve trusted for so long!

My mom went in on 12/27 & got 2 hand packed quarts for her birthday & they were not packed at all, one side all the way down was empty. You get half of what you pay for. These pictures were taken soon as she got home & took the lid off.
My daughter & I went there on 12/18 & both girls working were rude & acted like we were bothering them. The girl i asked about ordering my moms bday cake, never even looked up from her phone & the other one rolled her eyes at my daughter when she ordered. We got 2 hand packed quarts & they are supposed to be 1 lb. 8oz. When we got home & I took them out of the bag I realized they were not packed at all. My family religiously goes to Baskin Robbins & this has NEVER happened. So I weighed them, one was 1lb. & one was 1lb 1oz. I paid $23 for a little more than half of what I was supposed to get. I would have gone back but by they were closing in 15 minutes when I left. From now on I will drive the extra distance to go to the store on Charleston.

Buyer beware. This location does not pay attention to detail. We ordered a cake for a birthday party. At pick up, we found out the birthday boy's name was spelled incorrectly. We were told it would take 10 minutes to correct. Of course it took longer and made us late for the birthday boy's party. The staff didn't seem to care about the mistake or inconvenience. Very disappointing...
