I really enjoy Baskin Robbins! I almost always get the Oreo Malt! The ice cream is tasty and served in a size that is filling. The simple syrup is in the correct proportion. There add milk to the ice cream shake which makes me very happy. The straw is a little wider for all the delicious enjoyment i can handle. The customer service is top notch with speedy customer turn over and a clean store front. There is seating inside and out for ice cream lovers in the one hundred plus temperatures and outside for the seventy degrees and ice cream is for me lovers. It's a good plaza in itself with ample parking. As well the staff has always been helpful when selecting ice cream and other desserts and the prices are spot on for the amazing treats they serve up. They also have take home ice cream cakes for parties!

Wow Baskin robins what s Disappointment For Decades Now Penut Butter N Chocolate Icecream Has Absolutely Been my favorite Ice-cream And I have recently Been Buying The Bryers Brand Because its more available You get More In The container and it cost Less. Today the store was out of Bryers so I decided to get your Brand AND JUST LET ME SAY THEY ABSOLUTELY PUT YOU TO SHAME Baskin Robin is supposed to be the Best BUt Not anymore Not only is the Bryers Better But this BR Icecream is Probably some of the worst I have Had Its way too icy No creamy chocolate Flavor is almost Non existent The Penut Butter Has the consistency of a Jaw Breaker And Taste like the Bottom of My shoe This sux I'm now Pissed At myself for Buying this My Mom was A district manager for The Anaheim plaza Orange county CA Area About 30 Years ago And I always thought Highly of this Place THANKS FOR CRUSHING MY CHILDHOOD MEMORIES OF MY MOTHER AND I. IVE GOTTA GO CALL HER NOW AND MAYBE A PSYCH DR. TOO

Great service, had a real nice young lady assist me in picking out an ice cream cake. Best time is to go in right at opening in the morning when the selection is full and ready!

This review is specifically for the cake decorator and the guy who I spoke to on the phone the night I placed my order. I ordered two birthday cakes on-line for my oldest daughter's birthday. I was having trouble placing my order and the guy told me to place the order as it only allows you to do so 24 hours in advance. They should be able to have it ready by 6:00 p.m. (I was calling at 7:45 p.m.). He reassured me by saying that I should call back if I had any further issues placing the order and if not, to call back the next day to confirm that my order went through. Good customer service skills.Although my order went through, I called back the next day to confirm the pickup time for the cakes. The girl who answered the phone happened to be the cake decorator and she told me she could have the cakes ready by 6:00 p.m. She then asked me if I wanted a different color for the balloon cakes since it was for a girl and I had ordered blue. I asked if she could do a green and she said she could. Yay. She explained that the on-line ordering system was limited although customers could call to customize their cakes. I'm glad she told me that. She was very personable and did a great job with both cakes. I'm just sorry I didn't catch either of their names. But the order was placed on 2/19 and picked up on 2/20. I'll post pictures of the cakes so management can give credit where credit is due.Thanks Baskin Robbins. You did not disappoint.

I go to the school right next to this place. I went in to treat myself to an ice-cream waffle bowl. there's one guy in front of me and 2 workers behind the counter. for what reason that they were both helping him, I don't know. once the guy in front of me left they didn't even acknowledge me. they actually helped the white woman first who had JUST came in. after i was waiting for what felt like 15 minutes. one of the employees actually told his coworker i was there first, had he not said anything i would've just stormed out of the store and told the guys behind the counter, "thanks for your stellar customer service! you guys sure know how to treat customers right, especially the white ones!"
Woke as hell they don't even offer a veterans discount on Veterans Day. Please boycott these businesses right away they don't deserve to be in the presence of honorable military personnel.
