Ordered a very expensive birthday cake only to be told at pick up they are out of decorations. They still charged me full price and rudely handed me my plan cake. My sweet 16 for her is ruined with absolutely no apologies or anything to make it right. I've ordered there for years as a loyal customer I am appalled by how I was treated tonight and on such a special occasion.

Shop is in a busy location, close to a Target store. Friendly staff that let us try couple of flavors first. Enjoyed it so much we went back next day to get some more! We do not have a BR location where we live, so we visit the chain every chance we get when we travel.

I recently visited the Baskin-Robbins on Blue Diamond Road. The store is clean and well-maintained, with a wide variety of ice cream flavors. The staff were friendly, but service was inconsistent. It's Baskin Robbins ice cream, which is great, but the girl who bagged my ice cream dropped a spoon on the floor then put it in my bag anyway. Right in front of me like every employee isn't walking their gross shoes all over that floor. After I told her I didn't need a spoon. Had to throw all the spoons away.

My daughter had to have a Baskin Robbins cake for her birthday and we stopped in and asked the young lady working to write Happy Birthday in purple frosting, and she did a fantastic job! The cake tasted delicious, and the employees are always so nice! We really appreciate them! 10+ Stars!

We always buy by the quartz. Price is always been $6.99 for 1 quart or $10.99 for 2 quarts. These prices are all the same on all BR stores.But then earlier we were just from your store, your 2 girl employees wanted to charge me $10.99 each!!Went to Southern Highland location which is closer to my home anyway. They sell by the prices i mentioned.Blue Diamond store you just lost a regular customer and please educate your employee on the pricings.
