Stopped in my local Baskin-Robbins to pick up a birthday cake last minute, I have to say that for something off the shelf look like I ordered it custom. I was very satisfied with it. Even had my favorite, two flavors, vanilla and chocolate together who could go wrong with that the service was great very helpful clerk. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. I will be back to enjoy more delicious treats.

Customer service suck. The lady lack understanding, compassion and friendliness, first time to try Mangonada, we didn't like it, sipped a little. Most restaurant will replace it with something else if you aren't satisfied to make you happy and satisfied. She said no, her reason she could not resell it. Duhhh, we know you don't sell food thats been touch and ordered by somebody else. Are we dumb?! She cant make Customers happy. Knowing we paid $7. It was not cheap. So NO Go for this location, bad CS!

if you been to one Baskin-Robbins, you been to all. The only difference is the customer service. It's a little bit slow here but not bad. The ice cream tasted the same as the other Baskin Robbins. Its pretty small inside it works out. Just get your ice cream and get out. Lol.

It's great ice cream you loved as a kid and still do. Not fancy, no fake Swedish or German names to get all pretentious about. It's just good ice cream at a reasonable price served by local kids just like everywhere else. You deserve it, have some ice cream!

It's Baskin Robbins ice cream, which is great, but the girl who bagged my ice cream dropped a spoon on the floor then put it in my bag anyway. Right in front of me like every employee isn't walking their gross shoes all over that floor. After I told her I didn't need a spoon. Had to throw all the spoons away.

Horrible service, horrible management. I purchased a cake for my daughters birthday, she requested a fudge crunch cake and I got a mint cake labeled as a FC cake. It took a manager 5 days to get back to me, and even then never acknowledged their mistake. Sad to see customer service has gone down the drain at this place, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

We went to Baskin-Robbins for some ice cream and we ordered the banana split and a mangonada smooths with tajin spice. The banana split was good but par for the course. The smoothie however was very good you could taste the mango flavoring and the tajin spice added some kick which was not over powering but just right.The service was good nothing special about what you expect.The bathroom was clean and had some nice touch's for decor in it. The true down side was the is very little seating in the ice cream store. That's the reason I gave it 3 stars.Would I recommend this place yes but don't go out of your way for it. But it was good, not the best ice cream in Las Vegas but it was passable
My daughter had to have a Baskin Robbins cake for her birthday and we stopped in and asked the young lady working to write Happy Birthday in purple frosting, and she did a fantastic job! The cake tasted delicious, and the employees are always so nice! We really appreciate them! 10+ Stars!

Young lady named Mariah took great care of my family & I despite it being pretty late and busy in the store. I love cherries and she offered to give me extra without me even having to ask..... it's the little things lol she even gave us the 99¢ BOGO sundae deal without any issue/complaints. She was so friendly the ice cream was delicious as always. Also they have the most beautiful premade ice cream cakes if you need one immediately. I love this location!

Came in to get the free birthday scoop and we even asked before ordering if its entirely free and what size it's supposed to be. Due to the employees confusion, we ended up paying for the scoop. Service was def terrible.

Young girl named Imagin very kind and good customer service. There were quite a few groups of people that walked in with me but she helped out every single customer quickly and i didn't have to wait long to get my ice cream. Shes a very efficient and hardworking employee that deserves a raise.
