I really hate that I actually chose this location instead of the one closer to me. All I wanted was what I ordered. The worker making my order was very complicated and rude and then they purposely and maliciously made my order wrong. I won't ever spend my money in this establishment again! I absolutely despise bad customer service. The only reason I didn't say anything directly to them is because there were young children present. Stay away from this place if you want to feel like your hard earned money is appreciated!

The entire family is very sick ? from eating ice cream at this location. Diarrhea and vomiting ?. Wish I had read the reviews before going here. Please read the reviews about the owner ; there are many accusations of stealing worker's tips and several of physical abuse towards the staff members. My neighbor used to work there and I told her about us getting sick. She said yeah, it's why I don't work there anymore. She said the owner will serve expired food to save $ and that employees will be yelled at for discarding of expired product even when it's against health code. Mold in strawberry mix. I think Health Department is getting a call . The other reviews I read just confirmed everything I was told to be true. Please stay away unless you want to be sick!

Went to use a coupon, wasn't able to use it because there was a sale? Hard to believe no coupons are allowed on days where they have sales.

Peaceful place

Separate patrons were inconsiderate. They cut in front of our party of 5.The only thing I appreciated about this place today ( 8/9/23 @330pm) is the most hardest working BR empoloyee. She ran the shop alone during afterschool hours and worked very well under pressure!!! The place was consistently packed and she handles it with grace and kindness! She should get rewarded for representing BR at its best!
