I have a great feeling about the future for this store! I've been going to this location for years, and previously it was owned by an older Asian woman , who did not provide the best customer service. It now has a NEW owner & my past few experiences over the last month or so have been amazing. The employees seem happy as well which provides a great environment for the customers! Looking forward to my next visit!

Separate patrons were inconsiderate. They cut in front of our party of 5.The only thing I appreciated about this place today ( 8/9/23 @330pm) is the most hardest working BR empoloyee. She ran the shop alone during afterschool hours and worked very well under pressure!!! The place was consistently packed and she handles it with grace and kindness! She should get rewarded for representing BR at its best!

The day I went there was a problem with the card reader and it wouldn't accept any type of card. Only cash. The young girls who were working there were very kind to let everyone know that it was only cash and even offered to hold our orders while we went to get cash from the Albertsons near or the bank next door. They were treated very horribly by this lady as she was screaming and yelling at them to fix the issue. The lady then refused to wait even more than a second and walked out without paying. This store always has great customer service and I recommend anyone to come here. The flavors are great and the cakes are beautifully done.
I would give this place a zero if i could. The staff is very unprofessional granted i know the staff were younger teens. They could not offer a solution to a problem that occurred at the store while i was there but instead offer to yell at me back for giving them attitude. when i was working in retail or back then i wouldn't dare speak to a customer like they did to me. I love this store!I'm not a big ice cream fan but if I eat it should be from this Baskin Robin's.Very clean place. The girls are super friendly .I'm so glad they have the choice of gluten free. Everything is good about this store!!

I have been coming to this location for yearsI went yesterday to pick up a cake.The young girl told me if I bought a cake, it was cash only. That was really strange. Thought the manager would know what's going on. While I was in my car trying to see if I had enough cash on me another young girl walked out with a handful of snacks in ARM
