04/07 there were 3 employees, young people. They were not welcoming nor having any real desire being there. No greeting whatsoever, grumpy attitude and moving in slow motion. With just 1 other person in the store in front of me it took me close to 20 min to walk out of the door. These young people should go and observe In&Out employees to actually realize what real hard work looks like. Wanted to dine in but lost all desire of being there any longer.

I stopped coming here years ago because of previous bad experiences. I gave them another shot and boy were we surprised as to how amazing and better this place is now. The girls working were the best. Absolutely love this place. We can't stop coming here. Thank you for bringing this place back.

Ordered a Zombie Unicorn cake for my daughter. I arrived to pick it up and discovered it was actually done incorrectly. I wasn't too upset over that, and would've taken it anyways if it would've taken long to redo. However, the gentleman was willing to redo the entire cake. It turned out excellent, we were very happy with it, and I believe that we actually ended up with a larger one than ordered for the same price.Would return for another specialty cake in the future. Only wish I had gotten the gentleman's name.

We had the Banana Royale and as always, it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and promptly made our yummy treats!

My experience with this company has gone done hill over the past 5 years or so etc. but I don’t eat much dairy in general but still go back as my daughter loves the yearly birthday cakes. So I tried a new location while in town and this one was very nice. They did an excellent job on my daughters cake it came out beautiful tasted great and fresh. My guests enjoyed the chocolate cake/chocolate ice cream it came out better then expected just wish there were more ice cream choices (w/o nuts to chose from). I will always use this 31 flavors location fast, friendly and most importantly clean!

Horrible customer service!!! I came in today, 5/25/23, at around 9:40 ish and two younger ladies, probably teenage, were extremely rude. They didn’t know what I was ordering, and before I said anything, they shouted the Sunday bar was closed without even knowing what I was ordering. Once we ordered, the young lady who rang us up rudely tossed spoons in the bag after kindly requesting them, and mind you, they added the toppings huffing and puffing. I will hesitate to come back. Nothing worse than walking into an ice cream shop and being treated poorly. Anyway, I came home to my happy environment. Management must look into this, as poor customer service always affects business.
