I have had one of the worst customer sevice experiences of my life here at this location. I decided to go in for a sweet treat about 8:45 on sunday Dec,7 and as i walked in , you could see that they were very busy as there were about 15 people in line. Two very young employees were working and they both simultaneously stated that they were closed. The girl said that the people in front of me is the last and then they are closed. I was confused but left anyway quietly. Then as i was sitting in my car, i noticed a large number of people going in but not coming right back out and being allowed to order. So i decided to go back in. The girl walks up to the counter and starts yelling at me defensively for what i could only assume was the fact she had lied to me. I only stated that i was confused. She continued to yell at me as if i didnt belong there. To alleviate her apparent stressed out behavior i just walked back to the line. When i got up to the counter a young man preceded to help me as i was attempting to pull up my app. I asked for manager info so i can make a statement the girl saw the male employee trying to accommodate this request and told him not to help me then she said they have the right to refuse service to anyone, i said that would apply under reasonable conditions, not a policy to be abused i havent done anything wrong. She said you have to leave or im calling the cops. I said what did i do she said you are disturbing the other customers. This was so bizarre as there were only two other customers there and i had never caused a scene. So long story short i was kicked out twice as a paying customer because they were stressed out at work and started making bad decisions.

There are flies inside and customer service is trash.

I called to order a custom cake and they said they were too busy to take my order.

Ordered delivery and when delivered was missing items. Called the store and all the girl on the phone would say was the order had four items. I explained that the 3 items were times 2 for a total of 6. All she wanted to do was argue that the order was for 4 items, didn’t care to understand that 3 of the items were sold as a 2 pack. Asked if I could come pick up the other 3 items and she kept arguing with me that I had my complete order. Will not ever order or go to this place again.

This is the third time they out of butter pecan the. Employees two girls with attitude the place is so dirty inside the freezer where the ice cream is being served is full of mold and debris the walls the windows I just hope they get a professional cleaning!!

The girls always close the Sundae bar before 9:30pm and closing is at 10pm. No whip cream or nuts are available either. Loss of revenue for the business due to lazzy kids. Just close at 9:30 if you don’t want to offer all your products until closing.

Great customer service, but very dirty, the windows were covered in smudges, the walls had ice cream particulates all over. All the tables had crumbs all over them and the floors looked like they weren't swept in days. The only reason I took a picture of the filthy high chair was because I had to take the time to clean it myself.

There are not a lot of choices to pick from when it comes to ice cream. I'd really hate to see baskin robins disappear like Sonics off Rancho did.

Last night, my family of 5 came in and the place was dead. After we got the last ice cream to complete our order, the place got packed! The line was long and the 2 ladies that were working KICKED BUTT!! I was very impressed with how well they kept it together, professional and all with a smile on their face! Ive worked food service for almost 20 years and i gotta say, they did awesome!!

No Vanilla ice cream. WOW!
Terrible. I had to go to another location.

The staff is great they go out of there way to help.

Very clean, the two servers were delightful and polite. The ice cream was delicious.

Baskin Robbin’s is the best!! Always great customer service, good pricing & Love potion in Feb is the best ice cream ever!!! Thanks for always being solid!!

Customer service is lacking... ice cream is still delicious but will find a different location.
