I ordered ahead so it'll be ready when I got there. They didn't even start it. Gave me melted ice cream, no bananas, whip cream, or cherry for my banana Royale sundaes. They're always out of flavors. And didn't give me the correct flavor I wanted. Not worth the money.

I ordered a cake online. A full plus 1/3 sheet cake. When I arrived to pick it up, not only was it not the correct size (they only made the 1/3) but the cake looked nothing like the online picture. The worst quality cake. I paid $80 for a crappy cake. This cake was not presentable at all. They gave me a bigger generic cake to make up for their mistake. I believe Baskin Robbins should not publicize online cakes if they are not going to deliver on quality.

Went here today, it was so filthy inside, the floors were streaked with dirty mop water, ice cream was all over the floors. The teens working there have horrible communication skills and weren’t much help. Also there is so much caked on dust on anything and everything hanging! That place needs a good deep clean! This location is going downhill!

Been coming her for eight years. My husband and I brought all of our five kids for double scoop regular cup sizes. One of my daughters got a double scoop of the daiquiri ice cream. She did a spoon bite and didn't like the flavor. I then took one myself and the flavor was not good at all. It tasted like dish soap with dirt. I ask the cashier if we can change the flavor. She hesitated and said she can only do a small cup with a big scoop. I told her why not do the same as what i paid for double scoop on the regular cup for what i paid for if there was only two spoon taken out of the daiquiri? I spent $50 plus left a tip. Not the kind of service to be given when you paid for a double scoop regular size cup to get one scoop on a small cup size.

The blond hair boy and the brunette with the ponytail were extremely rude they yelled at me when I was trying to place my order extremely unprofessional I will only come back if the nice brunette with the septum piercing she’s so sweet

I’ve never had an issue with this store til today & been going here for 3 years now, placed an order for a birthday cake over 2 weeks ago and paid in full showed them the type of cake and sent the picture of what I wanted on the cake. My sister went to go pick the cake up today and mind you she had her 4 year old deaf and autistic daughter and my 4 year old daughter with her. When they gave her the cake it was not what we had asked or paid for, she advised them that the cake wasn’t wrong and they proceeded to act like they could careless, she told them forget she will take it being that the party is TODAY! She then asked that she could set the cake down in the car so that it would free up her hands being that she had two 4y/o with her and that she wanted to buy a candle, she walked outside and they ran behind her and locked the door! During business hours! She went back to the door and they laughed as they arched her struggling trying to open the door and handle her autistic daughter! I called down to the store to speak with a manager and a girl Casey (which isn’t her name) stated she was the manager so when I advised her of my issue she laughed! Then stated to call back and speak with Aubrey (which she claimed was the store manager) and hung up. So I called again! And Casey answered again giving another name and said the store manager name was Brittany! I at that point just hung up because I’m not about to play these games with these little kids! They are rude and nasty and I’m pissed!

I got the two scoop sundae and it ended up being less than one scoop completely melted and all syrup I finished what I was able to eat of the ice cream in literary 3 bites and had to watch everyone else enjoy their ice creams. One of the scoops I ordered was peanut butter cups so beside visually seeing no ice cream I know they did not give me any of the 2nd scoop because I didn't taste one peanut butter cup and for only 3 bites of melted ice cream I definitely would have tasted one if there was any... What a disappointing rip off.

Employees there were very rude, they close at 10pm and we were there at 7:30 p.m. Short girl with black shoulder length hair first told me the ice cream I wanted was out then told me there was pre packaged quarts then backtracked again and said they did have it but fresh packed is “way more expensive”. I asked for the fresh packed along with 2 other quarts and she seemed mad at the fact she had to scoop the ice cream….its an ice cream shop that’s basically what comes with the job. Then she rudely checked me out, put 3 quarts stacked into their smallest bag, which then ripped. The receipt I have has an employee name of Naeun #84017 ?♀️ Oh and there was also a giant puddle of spilled water on the ground with no sign up. I’d try another ice cream location if I were you, sorry not sorry creamery nearby has great employees
