My review rates are based upon service, quality and cleanliness. It was a good experience at this location. We ordered a chocolate chip cheesecake milkshake, and it was delicious. There are small chopped pieces of chocolate chips in this milkshake, so please sip carefully. Cold temperatures hardens chocolate chips. It's best that after you sip this milkshake, allow the warmth of your mouth to melt the chocolate chips and then swallow safely. This is a limited time flavor. Frozen beverages in March are $5 for a small, $6 medium and $7 large.

I’ve never had an issue with this store til today & been going here for 3 years now, placed an order for a birthday cake over 2 weeks ago and paid in full showed them the type of cake and sent the picture of what I wanted on the cake. My sister went to go pick the cake up today and mind you she had her 4 year old deaf and autistic daughter and my 4 year old daughter with her. When they gave her the cake it was not what we had asked or paid for, she advised them that the cake wasn’t wrong and they proceeded to act like they could careless, she told them forget she will take it being that the party is TODAY! She then asked that she could set the cake down in the car so that it would free up her hands being that she had two 4y/o with her and that she wanted to buy a candle, she walked outside and they ran behind her and locked the door! During business hours! She went back to the door and they laughed as they arched her struggling trying to open the door and handle her autistic daughter! I called down to the store to speak with a manager and a girl Casey (which isn’t her name) stated she was the manager so when I advised her of my issue she laughed! Then stated to call back and speak with Aubrey (which she claimed was the store manager) and hung up. So I called again! And Casey answered again giving another name and said the store manager name was Brittany! I at that point just hung up because I’m not about to play these games with these little kids! They are rude and nasty and I’m pissed!

I got the two scoop sundae and it ended up being less than one scoop completely melted and all syrup I finished what I was able to eat of the ice cream in literary 3 bites and had to watch everyone else enjoy their ice creams. One of the scoops I ordered was peanut butter cups so beside visually seeing no ice cream I know they did not give me any of the 2nd scoop because I didn't taste one peanut butter cup and for only 3 bites of melted ice cream I definitely would have tasted one if there was any... What a disappointing rip off.

Employees there were very rude, they close at 10pm and we were there at 7:30 p.m. Short girl with black shoulder length hair first told me the ice cream I wanted was out then told me there was pre packaged quarts then backtracked again and said they did have it but fresh packed is “way more expensive”. I asked for the fresh packed along with 2 other quarts and she seemed mad at the fact she had to scoop the ice cream….its an ice cream shop that’s basically what comes with the job. Then she rudely checked me out, put 3 quarts stacked into their smallest bag, which then ripped. The receipt I have has an employee name of Naeun #84017 ?♀️ Oh and there was also a giant puddle of spilled water on the ground with no sign up. I’d try another ice cream location if I were you, sorry not sorry creamery nearby has great employees

Went to this location tonight, there just before 9:30 with a closing time of 10. There were three girls closing, The blonde that was helping us had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. We asked for a Sundae and were informed that they had already closed their Sundae bar so would not be able to give toppings which I thought was weird, as there was over 30 minutes until closing. I said that was OK and asked if we can just do whipped cream, she reluctantly agreed then proceeded to hand us the ice cream without any toppings which I then asked for again. She then slammed the cup down after putting the whip cream on and did the same for the next simple one kids scoop. The three were complaining about one thing or another the whole time we were there, but the one helping us had a very poor attitude, she also spoke about getting a second job at a coffee shop, which I do not recommend, clearly customer service is not for her.

Every time we stop by to grab a quick ice cream, we are surprised by two things. 1.) the team who works here really WORKS. There is always a line and the crew works as a team to make sure that everyone is serviced quickly. 2.) we are stunned by the lack of tipping. How do people not tip these workers?! The ice cream is always fantastic, the service is always quick, and there is always a line - help these kids out! TIP! I only took off a star for Atmosphere because there are times when the crew cannot keep up with the cleaning. This is not their fault - there's only so much room and there are so many people who flood through here.

Went at 9:20pm. They close at 10pm only to be told “the banana split bar is closed” why is it closed because you don’t want to clean? You guys don’t close till 10pm no reason why it should be closed. So said fine I’ll have a strawberry shake only told be told “we are out of strawberry” . What in the world is going on with this place. Absolutely disappointed and will not be returning. The customer service wasn’t the greatest either just to add the cherry on top of everything.

Kid-friendliness: They actually listened to what they wanted. Wouldn’t ignore their questions and when they asked they didn’t try to limit their questions or time to decide on what they wanted to pick.
