Baskin-Robbins

Haven’t had baskin robins in a while but I now remember why anyone would love this ice cream. Baskin robins on Charleston and lamb gave great service and was very clean not to mention it was way cheaper than I expected.

It's weird that the place isn't busy, but an Uber order is made and sitting on the counter a while before the driver picks it up. Especially considering it was 2 milkshakes... Just make them when they get there! This would have avoided me getting warm shakes that have the consistency of milk... Last time it was ice cream, which may as well have been a shake. I have no earthly idea how the employees feel comfortable sending out anything like this. For the price you're charging on the delivery apps, which is more than in the store... You should take better care of the orders.

And please don't act like it's the distance of the travel, I live 10min from this location, frozen items don't get this warm from that short drive. It's YOUR issue alone, nobody else's.

Had not had this much great service in a while, but Gigi was so helpful and super attentive to my family. I will be going soon for another trip for ice cream.

Parking: Parking is available, at times it gets crowded due to restaurants next day

We always come here we've never had a problem the gentleman is always so nice and caring when taking our orders my kids always want ice cream cakes so I have even ordered over the phone and never had any issues. Just bought a cake and got exactly what we ordered and everyone loved it!

Usually a decent experience however went about 2 weeks ago and there is someone named karolina I think it was. she was rude, I felt rushed because she was just staring me down while I decide what I want and sighing, they were closing up in like a hour so maybe that’s why? I settled for a flavor I really didnt want just so I could get out she seemed frustrated and upset. It would be better if they give you time to decide what you want and leave you alone instead of stopping what they are doing and staring at you the entire time. I’ve worked with customers just say let me know when your ready would be better plus I was the only one in there.
