Don't shop at this BR. The managers are incompetent and the owner is to cheap to care about the workmanship of their cakes. They cut back on ice cream scoops for milk shakes. It's hot in their store and some how certain flavors are melted in the case. Health Department needs a visit which will be my next visit to file a complaint

A cake was purchased on 12/11 for a Birthday that was going to be celebrated on the LV Strip. The cake was taken with us and held in the hotel room in the suite..We celebrated the birthday throught the day and night and came back to the suite at 2am after having fun. We got ready to cut the cake and noticed the order was wrong. We ordered a chocolate cake with Strawberry Ice Cream and got a Vanilla cake instead. I contacted the West Flamingo location in the morning when it opened and the sales associate told me the manager will be in later to call back then because she worked at two locations. I sent an email to corporate which forward the email to the owner. I called later that day at 4pm and spoke to the manager and told her that our cake order was wrong. She offered to give me a Senior Discount on another purchase because the cake was cut into. So I told her that wasn't going to work I told her I had majority of the cake it was wrong and she told me I needed to bring it back uncut with nothing missing to return it. Where does it say that if BR is the one who makes a mistake it's the customers fault. I will not be ordering from this location again. You should not be in business if a $60 cake is going to make or break your business to do things right and sell with integrity and not have a customer haggle you. Oh and the name was spelled wrong too

I placed a order online a day before I picked it up for a event. Turns out that the manager who is in charge of the cake never saw my order that costed me 50$, the employee claims that they just saw the online order the day I picked it up and offered me to pick it up the next day. I can’t pick it up the next day if my event was that one day before. I don’t see the point of picking it up the next day. This is ridiculous.

Similar to others' experience, the store has an off smell and likely needs the fridge air filters to be replaced, cause it smells like mildew.

Also, I picked up a milkshake today, and it was 90% milk... there was no ice cream flavor whatsoever, this is the third time this happened with this employee, like BRUH just look at the recipe book next to the blender, you gotta add ice cream to make a milkshake. This location is pathetic, just take 5-7 more minutes and drive to the sahara location that actually has standards.

The banana split menu says you get 3 wet flavors with 3 scoops of ice cream. The employee said we had to pay an extra dollar for pineapple and strawberry wet topping. She said the only flavor we could get is hot fudge sauce on all three scoops. This is not a banana split, this is a banana royal. She couldn’t even put the lid on the banana split with her nails so long, so she asked me to put the lid on. I should’ve told her that would cost her a dollar. I also ordered a two scoop sundae and the scoops were so tiny they didn’t even reach the rim of the small cup. This is the last time I spend my money here, I will never come back. I’ll go to Yogurtland across the street.

This place is HORRIBLE & SMELLS (a few times it smelled like they were cleaning with clorox) but ignored it. This time & the LAST time I'm coming here. ADVICE BEFORE PLACING ORDER ... HOW does ICE CREAM BECOME TOO SOFT ... MOST LIKELY BECAUSE THE ICE CREAM FREEZER ISN'T COLD ENOUGH & YET STILL SERVING ICE CREAM. When you see them SCOOPING your ice cream and LOOKS soft & MELTS FAST ... SOMETHING IS WRONG ... REPORT TO FOOD INSPECTORS!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED & NOT TO THEIR SUPERVISOR/MANAGER THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING but TELL YOU WE HAD TO PUT ICE CREAM OUT TO BE ABLE TO SCOOP THE ICE CREAM @ LEAST THATS WHAT THE YOUNG LADY SAID (Would have put her name but its not her fault because its whats she's told by her MANAGER per her) WHICH MAKES NO SENSE ITS ICE CREAM!!!! 👎 Oh and their ice cream cake display ... i should have taken pictures ... it looks like a 10-year old made them and charged so much for them. REVIEWS WITH BAD REMARKS SO TRUE!! Ate 1/2 of the 1st scoop of ice cream that's how SOFT the ice cream was ... young female said if I wanted to change it ... I would have to pay for ANOTHER BUT AT A SENIOR DISCOUNT ... REALLY??? ITS THEIR FAULT NOT MINE!!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT OR SHUT DOWN BUSINESS VERY POOR!!!!

They have great customer service fast and they’re knowledgeable. I enjoy time with my family for a little brats and they handled it like pros. Thank you for your service. Flamingo and 215 location omyrion has the best customer service and his co -worker was amazing with lots of patience ❤️😍

Management is terrible. I was previously employed with this location and decided to quit do to the lack of business etiquette. I was being told to clock in under the management and not receiving the hours I worked for. Also, they take their store damages out of employees checks. Crazy. But anyways, I quit and the management stated I’ll have to get my check across town in Henderson, I worked at the flamingo location, like why?. Also, they have no consideration for customers, don’t order a cake here. They’ll mess the cake orders up after customers pay for them and say it’s the customers own problem. Absolutely terrible customer service. Waste of your money, time, and it isn’t a clean environment!

I let my daughter work there part time and it was the worst experience ever. The manager smokes weed with the teens on shift, her name is Kara. She also has these teens clocking in under herself. My kid still doesn’t know if she’s going to get paid. I personally love the ice cream but will never return to this store in particular. Don’t ever let your teen work at this location! Next I’m calling the labor board, OSHA and BBB. This is unacceptable!!!

Ordered a cake for my wife’s 50 bday. I wanted it to say Happy birthday and in the zero of the 50, a picture of our dog. Unfortunately, the staff member was new and didn’t know she couldn’t combine the two even though the stencil in the ordering book says picture within the zero. She also checked two different sizes of cake which ended up being too small.

When I picked up the cake, it was just a picture of our dog. Our party was going on as I picked up the cake, so there was no time to get another cake. I ended up just taking that cake since there was only one person working at the store that evening, and the line of customers was starting to que up behind me.

Called to get a refund and was told since I took the cake the owner was only going to offer a 15% discount on my next cake. I asked the manager what was I supposed to do, since your employee made a mistake? Return to the party with no cake? She stated the employee no longer works there after the mistake?

Go spend $40 somewhere else. Everyone makes mistakes, but not to refund a customer for a special occasion which they messed up seems ridiculous.

These people ruined 😡 my teenage son’s birthday party!!! I ordered my son’s picture to be on his cake for his birthday. I go today to pick up his cake and it’s a picture of his torso and arm. WHY wouldn’t they call and let me know the picture didn’t come across correctly?! No solution given other than a refund or for me to pick a ready made cake that was either pink or an ice cream flavor he didn’t like.

The Manager Kara wasn’t there, the girl at the front called her and texted her. Kara wouldn’t speak to me.

I was told the refund would be processed in an hour that she couldn’t do it, like what?! I still don’t have my refund.

My son had NO cake for his birthday. These people did NOT care at all! I cannot convey my sadness for my son. Beyond disappointed.
