Just wanted to get some ice cream with my family and instead got accused of having fake gift cards and an under trained employee FaceTiming me and MY KIDS to a complete stranger because she was too incompetent to know how to use gift cards to pay. Instead of just apologizing and saying she didn't know how to work the register correctly, she gave me nothing but attitude. Like it was my fault she didn't know what she was doing. She was by herself and FaceTimed someone to ask for help only for her to still not know what she was doing. Ended up having one gift card work, and when I told her a gift card went through because it dropped my total by $10 all she said was "Oh" and still insisted the other one was fake. So I was fed up and just paid with my debit card. I called corporate and they opened a case and let me know both gift cards were active and they don't know why she would be left alone at the store if she was trained to use the register on her own. DO NOT go to this location, especially if you're paying with gift cards and JESSICA is working. Also, with how long she took, my $8 hot fudge sundae or course melted and the bottom turned to soup, and she didn't care. Wanted to mention everything before paying was fine, she was obviously new though because she was still looking at the menu for help on what goes on the sundaes, so I was literally being so patient as I'm a food service worker as well and know how it goes when you're new (at any job!). Simple customer service and being a nice person is all I wanted. But couldn't even get that! Waiting on the franchise owner to get back to me to rectify what they're gonna do about her FaceTiming my KIDS to a stranger. What a weirdo!

8/18/23 Service was friendly. The two girls were very nice. We ordered 2 banana royals and on mango chamoy smoothly. The Banana royals are now $7.79 now. I got home I realized how tiny the two scoops of icecream that was in our cups. Unacceptable. I get the cost of inflation has gone up but at least give me the big scoops we deserve and payed for. Not cool. Won't be coming back. Another favorite place gone down with the tubes. So sad.

Both my daughter in law and I have been trying to reach someone at the Flamingo location for THREE DAYS to order a cake for my Grandson's 6th birthday today 7/25/2023.Not only have they not answered, but they have actually declined my call on several occasions during business hours! This has been a nightmare...I don't know who owns this location but they are losing a ton of business, maybe they just don't care and shouldn't be in this industry because their service is unacceptable!

They never answer the phone & when I go in person to get what I need (Oreo polar pizza), they're always sold out. & when I order one, nobody there ever "knows" how to do it so they ask to come back several days later. I won't be wasting my time here anymore.

I ordered a polar pizza for Father's Day 4 day prior to picking it up on Sunday. The girl that took my order (Tara or Tava) didn't write down my order on the pink slip that shows all the details for custom cakes. I haven't been to this location in a while, so I assumed they changed there way of taking custom orders. I went to pick it up early and my order didn't even exist. At least (Megan) was very kind and understanding. She was able to make a new one within 45 minutes, as I needed to gift it to my father at a certain time. Megan is very polite and helpful. As for the other girl, she obviously either wasn't trained properly or just didn't care. Other than that, the place was clean and gave off a happy feeling when I walked through the door. I was even greeted once I walked through.

It had been a while since I visited this (or any) Baskin-Robbins ice cream store. The service was fine, as per usual, distracted teens working the counter. Not bad, but not excellent service. The store was clean and empty. What was truly shocking was the amount of ice cream served. I ordered a 2 scoop Sunday for $5.99. The scoops were tiny. Tiny. I'm guessing child size or smaller. Even w the toppings it occupied about two-thirds of the cup. I realize everything has gone up in cost, but I prefer to spend $6 at Sweet Addiction or Handel's (nearby ice scream places), and at least get average sized scoops of about equally tasting ice cream. Mental note- hard no on Baskin Robbins.

Baskin Robbins Flamingo 1) ordered extra thick milkshake for $2.00 extra which was expected 2) Worst milkshake in my 74 years. 3).Customer Service by the manager on 4/29/ @ 3:30 pm non-existent. When she re-made the shake ( no change) she actually sholved it across the counter. Very rude. Poor listener
This milk shake doesn't bring the boys to the yard. The milk shake is horrible. It was mostly milk. I felt bad for the employees because they weren't allowed to replace our order for something of less value. We asked to replace it with a simple single school cone (which costs less) and they said they couldn't.They then got a manager on the phone and I realized this is a corporate decision. They basically have to follow the corporate operating procedures.If you pay $6 for a milkshake, trying to improve margins by lowering the amount of ice cream won't help you increase profits if the customer doesn't come back.This was by no fault of the employees. This isn't the fault of the manager either. This is purely the direction of corporate telling them they can only put so much ice cream per cup of milkshake.Well take a look at the milkshake in the video and let me know if this seems normal.(we just opted to buy a single cone and throw away the milk shake...this wasn't a scorn customer who felt ripped off)Manager and employee, your store is very clean but you need to tell corporate not to keep doing this. I have permanently now moved from ever doing Baskin Robbins again. I am concerned this is now standardized across all your stores.Side note, I've noticed your single scoop cones have been very stingy.

Baskin Robin's has been a place I've enjoyed throughout the years and now I take my kids. Don't get me wrong, the ice cream is good. They have a lot of flavors and decent service. The reason for tree stars is that I purchased a cake that cost me $50.00 for my kids birthday and the label was incorrect. The cake was the wrong kind. My son was disappointed but you can't just stop mid birthday to return a cake at 8 PM. I was also disappointed with the entire situation. A little side note.l! Do not park in front of the store if possible as it's a busy area. Trying to get out there and blind spots.

A we wanted to get a ice cream cake at Baskin Robbins so we walked into the entryway. They had cakes in a refrigerator already priced and made as is and the price was in big black writing so when I went to the pay for the cake it was maybe 10 or $15 more than what was on the box, the only thing on the box was the price and then the manager came out and was very rude. What did you need? What is the problem very unprofessional how she approached us with an attitude attacking us. very unprofessional the price was on the box. They wouldn't be able to honor that prize because it's not the right prize. Somebody miss marked it we have to add on for the stuff that's on the cake and never try to make anything right or be nice just really rude to try to ruin our birthday and so we left and they were not apologetic or anything and not so clean in the store anyway.
