Came here as a last-minute option. Place is nice. Ambience is good. Our waiter was good.

The food is to put it mildly underwhelming.

We really can’t say we liked a dish. Not the sort of thing you expect when paying for dinner.

Would not come back

Hate to say it, but we had an extremely disappointing experience. $2500 bill for 6 and the food quality was not up to snuff. Many of the dishes tasted “fishy”, including oysters, items with uni, the sole and some other type of salt-baked fish (I forget). Sashimi looked and tasted low grade. Bread based items were over-cooked and in some cases slightly burnt. We tried most items on the menu and I can’t point to a single item that was stand-out.

Restaurant ambience off as well. It’s in a mall like many fine restaurants in Vegas are, but they didn’t do enough to seclude you from the mall. It feels a little bit like you are eating in a mall food court.

Was looking forward to this meal, especially after having a great experience last year at the sister steak restaurant at the Sahara, and came away very, very underwhelmed. Hard pass on this one.

the Chef tasting menu is my only choice when i go. It will blow your mind. the New venue is much better than the previous. I can't wait for them to open up the outside patio.

Way overpriced. Food was average. I've definitely had better. IMO it's not worth the money. When I go to a restaurant I don't go for what someone dubs it as an experience. I go to eat good food. I had the Viejo steak. It was meat nothing better than that. It was cooked nicely. There were 6 of us and spent over 2k on the bill. The butter butter butter potatoes are ehhh just ok.
I can't eat raw oysters or meat. They would not substitute scallops grilled for raw oysters. They wanted to give me a shrimp cocktail. Not a fair trade. In my opinion.
It's average at best. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Everything was great. I sat at the bar and my server Tai (sp?) from Cuba recommended four dishes and all were terrific. The liquid olives were terrific and so was the anchovy sand smoke butter sandwich. I was hesitant to try them but they were great. The Kush Pai Ti appetizer is also really good

Great food, with interesting and novel tastes (particularly during the first few tapas style courses), and absolutely massive and high quality main entrees.

However, the service was incredibly disorganized, despite the restaurant being about half full, and with tons of staff around. The first few courses missed one person in our party, and their replacements came out late and out of order. We were served communal dishes but no personal utensils or plates to eat them with until we asked. The wine pairings were also late throughout the dinner. Our water glasses sat empty for quite a while. Definitely not what we’ve experienced in other Jose Andres restaurants. Regrettably the host did not offer an overall apology for the repeated service mishaps. Not what I would expect from a restaurant at this price range.

The ambience is nice and not loud (the mall was mostly empty at our reservation time, so your mileage may vary). The restaurant is gorgeous and the decor is very unique. Bazaar Mar has a lot of potential if the service is substantially improved.

Had a great tasting menu at bazaar mar. The food was amazing and the vibes were solid but the service (Edwin), was truly the star of the show.

I’ve always wanted to try a Jose Andres restaurant. So happy we decided to come to this one! It was near the Cosmopolitan where we were staying and it wasn’t too difficult to walk in during a weekday. Our server Franco was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and we were so happy with our meal!

One of the best meals I've ever had! The liquid olives 🤯 plus the bluefin otoro with quail egg and dashi (seaweed) ... Yum yum. Ambience is amazing, ever since I first spotted this place in the crystal shoppes two years ago I wanted to go.

I feel like folks are sleeping on this restaurant, as it was not very crowded (to be fair I went on Tuesday night in September). Highly recommend and would go again!

We visited the fabulous Bazaar Mar in Las Vegas last night.

We tried the signature Gin cocktail with some Iberia ham on arrival as we browsed the menu and wine list. The G&T was refreshing and light and the Iberia ham was brilliant. Great texture and flavour.

We had an amazing meal, opting for the Bazaar Mar Delight tasting menu. We love Spanish food and have eaten sown great Spanish restaurants, and Mar was up there with the very best of them.

We loved every course and the tuna with fried egg and the paella (like a Fideu with alioli and spider crab) were particularly good, plus the anchovies on cristal bread. The skirt steak was delicious. The whole experience was perfect and all of the food was top notch. We had a lovely bottle of US Chardonnay from ZD wines which I can recommend.

Thanks again to John our server who was the perfect balance of knowledge and assistance but also a true professional and we loved hearing about the islands of Hawaii and discussing Californian wines.

Overall a 10/10. Highly recommended.
