I used to go to this place regularly and when I tell you the chicken is so inconsistent and somehow terrible every time is crazy. My breaking point was when I went and the chicken was literally PINK it was raw and I actually almost threw up same thing happened to my friend who ended up getting sick… Do NOT go to this place and stick to other spots like raising canes or KFC

bb.q chicken on Rainbow is awesome! The chicken is always fried fresh and perfectly to order! Make sure to add an order of the 떡볶이 (mala for the extra kick).

Bbq chicken never disappoints me, they serve it fresh off the cooker with the best flavors. Not one thing is bland or under/over cooked and meets my standards.

It was never that great and now they got terrible service. They screwed up on my order and told me they'd put me on their "list" for food credit. I go back like 4 weeks later and the manager (her name is Joy) says "you were supposed to come back the next day to use your food credit and we don't see you on the list anyways." I had my receipt and who eats chicken two days in a row?? And she treated me so badly. I told her she'll lose customers if she talks like this and she said "that's okay". I would never eat there again. I only went there for convenience because I live nearby. Now we make trips to Pelicana or Q for chicken and they taste way better anyways.
