Genuinely hate writing bad reviews but…The food took about 15-20 min even though I was the only person in the restaurant (just ordered 8 piece) however the food was decent but 20$ for 8 pieces and for it to be just decent threw me off. Not only that the staff argued with a takeout order that came in and made it extremely uncomfortable for me…I took a video but won’t post it.My server NEVER came to ask if I was finished or done I had to go up to the counter after to grab the check.I love supporting businesses like this but the staff needs retraining.The experience was just weird for me. I’m sorry but wish you the best.

The food here is really bad. You should avoid and find some chicken elsewhere. The food was so bland and so greasy. Absolutely no flavor. I ordered the whole bird original fried chicken and it had a good crunch but it was so greasy it felt like I was eating oil. It upset my stomach and made me feel like I had to use the bathroom. This is some of the worst chicken I have ever had. I am not exagerating. The employees were nice and that is about the only redeemable quality of this place. I think it is the recipe that they have to cook that is just bad. The atmosphere of the place is poor. They should really think of playing some music because it is uncomfortably quiet. 1/10, I do not recommend.

Have been here three times in the past month and change. Chicken is always fresh, never old. It's cooked perfectly. Juicy, tender, delicious. The lunch special is wonderful. Portion sizes are excellent value wise. Service is friendly and attentive.

Food was excellent.. but don't order through this google link. The prices are (inflated) higher.. the staff said they don't understand why it's that way and can't change it. Witch, I understand its above their pay grade. (I'm pointing towards Google greed on skimming money from the consumer. Instead of straight-up taking on fees separately)If you go to BBQ Chicken actual website to order, the prices are the actual prices at the restaurant. Walked in got hit with the smell of rotten meat. I ordered corncheese and I thought for $11 I'd get a decent portion size but it was smaller than expected and disappointed. Sucks I was excited to have a Korean fried chicken place next to me.

follow up on a review, i came again with my family hoping we see hair nets implied. but as always no. i saw another strand of hair in my food AGAIN and i'm fed up. and one of the workers had the audacity to stare me down which i had no problem doing the same, we had the same waiter as last time her name is Karin and she still gave the same attitude as before but after we confronted her about the hair she started being nice and offered a 10% discount. still very disgusting that me and my family got hair in out food not once but TWICE on different days. unacceptable.i been reading a lot of comments about how a young girl gives attitude and based on the experience everyone else got, was the same as mine . her name is Karin and i honestly think she should get fired. she always acts like she doesn't want to work and the attitude she gives off is really impacting your reviews. Just a thought....i would fire her if i were a manager because you NEVER give attitude to a customer.

Been to this place a few times now. I love it here. The food is always so so fresh. With that being said be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for your food to be served, but just know it's freshly prepared. The workers are usually young and great people. The place itself is usually small and very cozy. I love the original chicken. The chicken sandwiches are also just as good. But the fried chicken is INSANE!

This is probably the best chicken I've had in my 29 years of life! Everything about it was just perfect. The temperature, the flavor, the cut. I absolutely loved it and I'm surprised the city isn't raving about this place. Definitely a hidden gem.

I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch her name is Claire and the product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good food and excellent service I can't say enough good things about this business. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating. The quality of their work is exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the take out food

Second time at this location, although the menu is a little confusing, they were more than happy to suggest a flavor that youre probably gonna enjoy. Both times, they were on point. Will definitely be one of our go-to spots.
