If you want to be treated like royalty, come into Beard Papa!! KEN ,the manager was soooo nice & sweet to us.He went out of his way to accomodate our order & the PUFFS were delicious!

Delicious Japanese cream puffs in several different styles and flavors. I recommend trying and you will be hooked. We had acceptional service, and the store was clean and spacious.

Really good! More fun than a regular donut purchase. They make them fresh and ask what cream you want in it! Quick, clean and friendly service! Claw machines are a bonus for the kids 😂

Visited for a collab/limited edition event. Unfortunately they were sold out of some items but the staff did their best to take care of me and knew exactly what they had left which helped a lot when making my order. Will definitely be back just to support the wonderful staff and some tasty puffs.

upon arrival at 2pm on a random weekday they had a sign on their door stating they'll be back at 130pm and that they were closed. I tried the door and it didn't budge and proceeded to go back to my vehicle.

a few seconds later a gentleman walked out to confirm they were open and he informed me the door is hard to open. they should likely address this at some point considering it was dead quiet inside while paying staff and losing money.

the food itself was fine but nothing remarkable. too much filling in the cream puffs and the chocolate filling tasted sour. the biscoff version with vanilla cream was great but once again too much filling.

I can't say I'd go back as this business is out of the way. had this been in a mall or a shopping center it would make it much easier to frequent.

This was hands down the best cream puff that I've ever had - EVER. Nice light baked crunch outside with the most delicious vanilla cream. I'll definitely be back!

I wish they would have filled my order correctly, I ordered two boxes of six, two different types...they instead filled six of the same in each box which might have been alright if I wasn't dropping off one box to another person. For the price charged I would think they could fulfill as ordered.

April 2025: Arrived three minutes after opening, on a Saturday. Floors were disgusting. Kitchen trash cans were overflowing, Christmas tree still up in the corner, and Christmas writing still on the display case windows (??). This made me question how often they're cleaning.

Tons of empty cardboard boxes stocked up, and prep cabinets with drips down the front. Staff had long hair hanging in her eyes loosely as she prepped orders.

If this is what is facing the customers, I don't wanna know what's behind the scenes. Health department demerits waiting to happen.

Update... Was right they are amazing not just a one off. Wish they had the strawberry cheesecake filling tho. Chocolate in the strawberry and vanilla in the cookies and cream have me wet thinking about em again and again

These are the tastiest! I came here for the Mashle special and they did not disappoint! My children and I loved them, and will be trying the other flavors soon! 💜✨

Shout out to the afternoon staff working on 8/8/24. I placed a large order for my brother’s wedding and due to some hiccups not having enough at the pick up time, they really went above and beyond to make it right! we ordered several weeks in advance as we are from out of state so the fact they understood the situation and made it right was awesome! Thank you so much and everyone LOVED the items! ??

I am extremely excited that they are here! It’s originally from Japan ?? -> California -> and now in Vegas! Very delious and not super sweet so be careful cuz you might eat more! You can choose vanilla or chocolate for the filling so you can customize the cream puffs. The price is little bit high but that’s anywhere else in United States unfortunately. The services were great n quick. Definitely you can taste the authentic Japan’s cream puff’s here!
