Excellent ice cream and service!
I support Ben & Jerry’s! The ice cream is great and the company support is too. This was a great stop on a hot day!
Pretty good, but room for improvement
The ice cream itself was really tasty and definitely a good deal for the price — generous portions and you can pick your own toppings, which was a nice touch!
However, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or in the best mood, which took away a bit from the overall experience. The location was okay, but there weren’t enough places to sit, which was a bit inconvenient.
All in all, solid ice cream, but the vibe could be better.
Great ice cream and shakes.
Ben & Jerry’s is always a win. Every time I visit the U.S., it’s a must-stop for me — their ice cream never disappoints. This spot on the Vegas Strip was no exception! The staff was super friendly and chill. I was totally stuck trying to choose a flavor (so many looked fire), and they let me sample a few until I found the one. That kind of service goes a long way — they really made me feel at home. Great atmosphere, amazing ice cream, and good vibes all around. I’ll for sure be coming back next time I’m in town.
Appreciate the way the staff treated peanut allergy seriously by opening a new pin with clean scoop & gloves. And their strawberry cheesecake was amazingly delicious! Sweet cream and cookies has lots of cookies chunk inside and tasted very good.
While the ice cream itself was good the staff weren’t friendly or upbeat at all. I came in with my two small children (Age 5 and a newborn). The staff almost seemed annoyed by my child’s excitement to have ice cream. I asked for a cup with a come on top because my kiddo would spill with just a cone and the staff member rudely said “you know that’ll be extra right?”
I guess after visiting the Ben and Jerry’s factory in Vermont; my expectations for other locations and their staff are set too high.
Oddest Ben & Jerry’s experience. Worker was very quiet and not welcoming. Service was very slow and I was only patron. Shake was watery. I’m used to top notch shakes from Ben & Jerry’s packed with flavor. Too expensive of a shake to not be awesome.

Service was fast and the ice cream was creamy and delicious. But the cups were too large and I think they should add a mini cup. The tables were clean. I would definitely come here again.

Overrated. Expensive for what it is: $10 for a decent ice cream, nothing more.

Eat hot and juicy and warm your mouth~
But why is ice cream so expensive?
Not the cleanest or best-looking location, but the ice cream is great and the staff was friendly. The ice cream is worth the stop when passing by on a hot day/night, or just if in the mood for it.

Went into this Ben and Jerry's to get ice cream. For my son, the people that were so friendly and because I'm lactose intolerance I asked just on the wim If.
They had any Dairy free options and they offered to me. The vegan options which was very delicious, very good, very happy. Don't get to have ice cream that often loved it
Vegetarian options: They do have some options which is great

Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop! What's not to love?
Got 2 waffle cones 1 chocolate dipped 1 plain. Both were a little less crispy than I like but otherwise tasty. Ice cream is ben and jerrys. If you dont know what thats like go to a grocery store and buy a pint or seven.
