The service was too notch. Our server, Doran, and chef, Edwin were a great team. The food was delicious but you're clearly paying a premium for the brand name and being in Vegas.

Our Chef was fantastic, made my daughter's first teppanyaki experience great. His personality and sense of humor really set the tone for an enjoyable evening. Everyone was friendly and hospitable and the service was excellent! Not to mention the amazing food. Highly recommend the wagyu it was delicious! We will be back!

Food was exceptional and service was on point. The gyoza -spicy chicken was melt in your mouth. Filet hibachi was tender. We sat in the bar area and service was very attentive to our needs. It was fun listening to the chefs at various hibachi tables.

I've been a loyal customer of Benihana since they closed their location in Citrus Heights, CA, almost a decade ago. I've always ordered the same meal each time I visit. However, there are a few things that disappointed me during this visit. First, the policy of requiring identification to purchase a drink is absurd. As a 61-year-old, I find it unnecessary and inconvenient. Second, the wait time for the chef to prepare our meal was excessively long, taking 55 minutes. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that charges a premium price. Lastly, the lack of ice cream at the end of my meal was a major disappointment. I ordered the ocean treasure with steak and ice cream had alway been a standard dessert with the meal. Despite these issues, I will continue to visit Benihana when I'm in Vegas, but I won't be going to the one on the Strip.

The Chef was fantastic! We enjoyed watching him cook and the conversation was great. The food was outstanding! I tried the Japanese Wagyu Steak, it was delicious and worth every penny. The staff was friendly and helpful with their knowledge of the menu. I recommend Benihana‘s on the strip to everyone!

Super loud and we were in a room. Food came out almost an hour after it was put in. We did speak with a manager regarding longer than usual wait. Everyone at the table were getting frustrated and very antsy. Yes they knew it was going to be busy so be prepared. It was over 2 hrs when we left. A table seated after us got a cook before us. All we got was an apology. The chef was great though. (Interesting the same thing happened to us at lunch at a different restaurant, ended up leaving without the dessert which was included in meal. Again a table seated after us got their desert. We must be a jinx.)

Great fun dinner date. Dinner and a show, and a very friendly staff, makes this a classic dinner date venue.

I highly recommend asking for our chef, Derek, who was outstanding! We had some food allergies, which he accommodated very well. He was very entertaining as he prepared our meal. Our server was Gabby. She was also fantastic! She checked on us frequently, and provided excellent service to us throughout dinner.

The food is just so good. I love the fried rice the best. The chef show is always good too. I love the way they make cooking my food a show.

I didn't realize how much butter they put into everything from the rice, steak, vegetables. I don't remember seeing that when I've eaten at a Benihana in LA. The food tasted good but it was just too much butter and my stomach didn't agree with it. When we left the restaurant and got into the car, we smelled like the food from our hair to our clothes, lol. Maybe they didn't have good exhaust system? Again, I've eaten at different Benihana locations and don't remember smelling like their food nor seeing so much butter thrown into the food. Service was great though. I still like Benihana but maybe I will try a different location in the future just to compare 🤔

Our reservation was made for 7:00 pm. We were not seated until 7:25 pm and the chef did not come until 8:15 pm. The service was ok. For the price we expected better service.

Tony was beyond amazing! A great cook and true entertainer!! I highly recommend this place to whomever is looking for great quality and delicious food plus a very lovely team!

Our chef was fun. The service was slow. But the food was good. We didn't get them sauces that usually come with the meal. But other than that. We had a good time.
