This was the best experience I've had at a Benihana in a long time! Pablo was the BEST chef we've had in a very long time! He deserves a raise! Keep up the good work Pablo!

Had an amazing experience today. Our chef Edwin was amazing! The food was so good, he cooked everything to perfection. Iāve been to many Benihanas but never had fried rice like his. Not overly oily or salty but just right. His show was also super funny and he was very personable and made everyone at the table laugh and have a good time. Our server was amazing too I forget her name but she was quick and took very good care of us. She refilled our drinks without even having to ask and made us laugh. She was awesome. If youāre looking for an awesome dinner and show make sure you come to Benihana Westgate! Ask for chef Edwin. You wonāt be disappointed

Benihanas is a great restaurant. That one in Las Vegas at Westgate is simply amazing. Truly aesthetic with a great vibe. Probably one of the best ones in the US that I have experienced.

we had a group of 8 for a 7pm reservation. we werenāt sat until close to 7:15 ish. then, we ordered drinks and sushi which came pretty fast, but after he took our order it took 30 minutes for the chef to come to the table and cook. during our ordering process, half my group ordered hibachi chicken and none of us wanted veggies so we asked for double rice. our waiter explained that we couldnāt get just āfried riceā, we had to get either steamed rice or chicken fried rice. i asked him why would i want chicken fried rice when im already getting hibachi. he was pretty insistent that we couldnāt just get fried rice. fast forward our chef arrives and he was so pleasant! he did fry our rice without any chicken so we did appreciate that. we were all supposed to get double rice, but we all received one single portion. the chef told us he was just doing the order the waiter took down and we understood that. our chef is done at this point, and our server is no where to be found. there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication with him prior to this about our order. it took our server 30 mins after our chef left us to come give us our checks and to go boxes. i think he was avoiding us because he knew we werenāt happy with how our experience here has been. then the checks came, for one person it was almost 85$. my check was correct, he didnāt charge me for the extra rice since i never received it, but the other people in my group were charged. our waiter was confused and looked like he didnāt know what he was talking about. that was frustrating. on top of that, they charge $1 for a tiny behind little cup of yum yum sauce. RIDICULOUS! the atmosphere and restraunt itself was beautiful!! but their food is overpriced and simply decent. will never be coming here again.

Loved everything except the people we were sitting with. The plave was beautiful but the experience was kind of ruined for my 3 year old when the people sitting with us were super trashed and super rude to the people serving us. They were being really ignorant and racist towards the server as well as the chef.. sucks when you have to deal with that. But the chef was so sweet about it making sure that my daughter had an awesome time, going above and beyond to keep her entertained!

The chef was great, the hostess we had for our table over charged me then asked for a tip when she already got a tip but yelled she wanted a tip in front of the whole area we were in so she may have stolen from me. My meal $41, my drink max $20. Somehow I paid $119.60 howās that? Did I pay for someone else and she didnāt ring it right? She had nothing to say and played dumb. I can give names. Iām also a shared owner of WestGate so Iād like this sorted and my money given back. Thanx.
