This was my second time waiting over 20 minutes for my acai bowl and it wasn’t very busy. Today was 23 minutes :/ . The acai is great but I won’t be going back due to the long wait.

WARNING: Do NOT COME in this coffee shop. You will be RIPPED OFF and will encounter a very BAD ATTITUDE both from a customer service and Management. I don't know what happens to this coffee shop but I now call them Bad or Worst Days coffee rather than their actual name Better Days. Few years ago I had been coming to this coffee shop almost every day and the customer service are nice. After a year I came back and the customer service becomes bad and very rude especially the guy in a beard wearing a hat making coffee is the rudest.
1) Its happens twice now that every time I order coffee at the counter the customer service is not really listening very well when I told her I want a lavender latte and chaggacino both 12 oz with almond milk. Instead she only ring me with one coffee which is lavender and she adds chagaccino. I specifically say two separate coffee lavender and chagacino.
2) I went to the guy with a beard wearing a hat who is making coffee and I told him that this was the second time that the lady in the cashier is not listening and paying attention well to my order. Instead of him apologizing he made a very rude comment saying that I had a very heavy accent which I find it offending and I felt being discriminated. He even told me DO NOT COME BACK in this coffee shop. I told him to just refund me since I did not get my coffee as because of his rudeness I just prefer to walk away rather than stay there wait for them to make my coffee. . He then said that’s what his doing refunding me.
3) After few days I found out a charge in my account and I called the coffee shop and i ask politely to speak to a Manager. I explain to a rude lady in the phone what happens and she said that’s they will NOT GIVE ME A REFUND and that the customer service has probably a reason to tell me not to come back. She then hang up on me.
4) Nowadays they had a very dirty and smelly bathroom when unlike before when I used to come here almost everyday they had a very clean bathroom.
I regret coming back here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here as the customer service becomes RUDE and BAD.Instead of them giving apology to a customer they much rather lost a customer than to retain their regular ones that gives them business all the time. And now I can see because of their rudeness and inconsiderate attitude they prefer to keep their RUDE Staffs. I can now wander why it use to be even when they almost closing time they still had a lot of people going in but now lthey had nothing at all. Instead of leaving with a SMILE on your FACE you will had a bad or worst day than what they call themselves better days.

I was excited to try this place but it wasn’t hitting the mark fully. I got the avocado toast and it was yummy
When I showed up there was no one in line and I had to wait a bit before someone helped me, it was hard to hear them call your name if you were sitting outside, and everything is served to go (at least they didn’t ask me and mine was). I like a place with real plates and cutlery. I don’t want to feel rushed. Also, the chairs outside were rickety.
I will try them again because I love cafes.

Woooww!! Walked in the Better Days at night of course near closing which is okay. And might I say this was THEE BEST service I have had in a long while. As soon as I walked in, smiling faces all around. I’m not one to do reviews but I know I had to let the community know this isn’t a place to sleep on. The customer service was impeccable. While I waited I was able to enjoy the handcrafted woodwork and music that fit the mood. This is such a nice coffee shop to enjoy a sip or just to get work done. I’m not kidding when I say I had one of the best sandwiches here (Spicy Turkey Club) and it comes with wavy chips. Top tier! Please just try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. Hopefully you get either Gia or Bella, they were so sweet

From the moment I walked in, everyone had a warm smile and an incredibly kind, patient demeanor that made the atmosphere feel welcoming and heartfelt. The food was nothing short of amazing—flavorful, well-prepared, and served without any long wait. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I can’t recommend it enough. Since I wrote this review 2 years ago, I've been to Better Days countless times and it's still the best damn coffee shop ever. My entire family goes to get coffee, acai, avocado toast, and pastries. Please don't ever go away!!!
Best tasting acai I've ever had in an acai bowl. Normally it's the same as all the rest and rather boring. I'll be back with others.
