Ordered a smoothie with bananas in it and we were informed that they were out of frozen bananas and saving the fresh bananas for acai bowls… at least the workers are nice
Incredible acai bowls and great coffee. Love the build your own acai bowl feature and the fact you can write it all down. Makes the process so much easier. If you’re looking for good acai bowls in vegas, come here!

Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they get it horribly wrong.
A traditional flat white is a coffee drink originating from Australia and New Zealand, known for its smooth, velvety texture and balanced coffee-to-milk ratio. Here’s how it’s typically made:
1 Espresso: Start with a double shot of espresso (about 2 oz or 60 ml), extracted from finely ground coffee beans using an espresso machine. The espresso should have a rich crema on top.
2 Milk: Steam 4–6 oz (120–180 ml) of fresh, cold whole milk to create microfoam—a fine, velvety texture with tiny bubbles. The milk is heated to around 140–150°F (60–65°C), avoiding large bubbles or scalding.
3 Pouring: Pour the steamed milk over the espresso in a small ceramic cup (6–8 oz capacity). The pour should integrate the microfoam with the espresso, creating a smooth, glossy surface with minimal foam (about 0.2–0.4 inches or 5–10 mm thick).
4 Ratio: The traditional ratio is roughly 1:2 or 1:3 espresso to milk, ensuring the coffee flavor remains prominent but is softened by the creamy milk.
5 Presentation: No additional toppings (like cinnamon or syrups) are used. The flat white is often served with subtle latte art, emphasizing the microfoam’s texture.
The key difference from a latte is the smaller volume, higher coffee-to-milk ratio, and thinner foam layer, while compared to a cappuccino, it has less froth and a smoother mouthfeel.
Love the vibes and the coffees here!! And

Love the toast, love the drinks, love the atmosphere, absolutely hate how slow the service is. There’s a lot of great coffee options in the area and I’m going to start visiting them more. I just don’t have the time to wait. Otherwise, love this place.
