Big Billy's BBQ

Is this place still in business? We looked all over for it. Based on the location on Google maps, we were in the right place. We even looked on the directory in the building. We never could find the place.

This was the first place i went for food when i got to vegas. Everything was terrible from the food to the service. Even just trying to pick it up was terrible. The instructions tell you to park infront of a random elevator in the back corner of the parking lot which is almost impossible to find then you call them and I had to call 3 times before anyone picked up and the instructions DONT EVEN SAY THE RIGHT ELEVATOR!!! The instructions say to park infront of loading dock elevator 1. I don't know if it's supposed to be dock 1 and the guy bringing my disgusting food down just brought it to the wrong dock and sat there for 10 minutes until I called back asking where my food was. The lady who just told me 10 minutes ago that loading dock 1 was the right place she then says "no the chef is waiting in loading dock 2" so I had to drive all the way around the parking lot trying to find loading dock 2 (almost as confusing as trying to find loading dock 1) But I found it and the "chef" who brought my food down had the bag sitting on the nasty parking lot floor and he was leaning into someone else's car smoking a cigarette. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND I WILL DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT.

Billy’s BBQ was ordered at the bar to go! The bartender Bryce &McKenzie were amazing! This is a must try in Vegas. Keep in mind it’s take out and you have to go into PamPas to pick it up.

Billy, a former attorney, is a BBQ master who enters BBQ competitions all over the country. He opened the restaurant recently, and we went to Billy's with a friend who likes it a lot. Background out of the way, let me talk about the food The pulled pork was absolutely delicious. I've heard people say that meat could almost melt in your mouth, and I never understood how they could say that. Well, now I do. The pork was tender, tasty, and not full of fat. I tried all of the sauces, and they were very delicious. I had the fries as a side, and they were *not* good. They were warm (not hot), tough, and just tasteless. I'll order cornbread as a side next time. Billy's is a very casual restaurant. You order at the counter, and they bring the food to your table. One final note: Billy came out while we were there and talked with us for 10-15 minutes. He offered me a "Dirty Coke" (diet coke, lime, and coconut syrup) when I asked what the heck it was. I didn't try it. He's a great guy, and I hope the restaurant does well.

Coleslaw was some of the best I've ever had. Brisket was pretty good. Ribs are decent. Upon tasting the baked beans i was transported back in time to the days I lived in the county jail. (Your baked beans suck)

The BBQ place is strictly at the bar, with comfortable wooden seats. The bartender was very helpful with our order. I had a brisket plate, the sauce was a bit salty, my husband had the pulled pork plate.

This place is ass It takes for ever to get a table and u have to pay for parking it’s 60 and 100

Whoever answers your phone shouldn't be allowed to talk to people. Horrible condescending attitude. If you can't be polite in a service industry, you're in the wrong job

Wanted to eat here because it was half the price of other places but no one answered the phone, no one could tell me where it was located!!!

I ordered Big Billy's BBQ off Postmates, the expected delivery was over an hour & half but I was ok with that, till the 1st Postmates driver decided send me a message that he could not locate the place and passed up on my order. Then the app had another driver on its way to pickup the order. When it finally arrived the Kentucky bourbon wings and the smoked Gouda mac & cheese was AMAZING and worth the wait! Husband said the Louisiana fire Ribs were just ok. I'd order again but with plenty of time, since I found out this kitchen is located inside another restaurant. Therefore it's hard to locate Big Billy's BBQ.
