Coleslaw was some of the best I've ever had. Brisket was pretty good. Ribs are decent. Upon tasting the baked beans i was transported back in time to the days I lived in the county jail. (Your baked beans suck)

The BBQ place is strictly at the bar, with comfortable wooden seats. The bartender was very helpful with our order. I had a brisket plate, the sauce was a bit salty, my husband had the pulled pork plate.

What a very odd experience. I ordered takeout thinking it would be quick and easy. But it's a virtual restaurant that's located inside of a Brazilian steakhouse so there's no way to find it unless you call them. Once I found it I waited over an hour only to find out they had given my order away to some random DoorDash driver. They finally got me my order 90 minutes after I placed it. And they did not offer any kind of discount or compensation other than the glass of wine they let me have while I sat and stewed about my lost order. Food was ok once I finally got it, but not worth the hassle.

This place was as good as I thought it would be. Super nice and attentive staff, crazy quick service and the AYCE is true to its word.I had the beef ribs, rib tips, burnt ends, brisket and the chicken and 4 or 5 sides. Everything except the brisket was amazing! The brisket was really dry for me.

Very confusing to find. I had called the restaurant and they weren't able to tell me their exact location. All they said was they were located inside the Mall in Planet Hollywood. Never found it.

Whoever answers your phone shouldn't be allowed to talk to people. Horrible condescending attitude. If you can't be polite in a service industry, you're in the wrong job

I ordered Big Billy's BBQ off Postmates, the expected delivery was over an hour & half but I was ok with that, till the 1st Postmates driver decided send me a message that he could not locate the place and passed up on my order. Then the app had another driver on its way to pickup the order. When it finally arrived the Kentucky bourbon wings and the smoked Gouda mac & cheese was AMAZING and worth the wait! Husband said the Louisiana fire Ribs were just ok. I'd order again but with plenty of time, since I found out this kitchen is located inside another restaurant. Therefore it's hard to locate Big Billy's BBQ.

Leaving a neutral review because we wanted to eat here but couldn't locate it. We asked multiple people inside Planet Hollywood and no one knew. We even got a "it's somewhere in the miracle mile, have fun" from information. Apparently it's inside of another restaurant? I dunno, I'm still confused. I can't leave a bad review because I have no clue about their food. -2 stars for location.
