This is the most unseasoned, and flavorless BBQ you can find in Las Vegas, and a total misrepresentation of Texas BBQ. The Barbecue Sauce has flavor. The Beef Ribs are almost meatless. Chicken bland, brisket... Not it...Mac and Cheese ????? you can do better with Kraft Dinner I hoped to find some redeeming quality after spending $31... Just drive past and keep going until you get to John Mull's, Rollin' Smoke or anywhere that seasons the food they serve.

What can I say, we ordered a dish for 4 people and we had leftover food, a smoked roast chicken and an exquisite beef accompanied with some pasta with cheese sauce and potatoes with mayonnaise, a delight that you cannot miss and the best thing is the excellent price. Excellent service, I also recommend it at least once a week.

I’m a Texas native. I moved to Las Vegas last year with my kids. One of the things I missed was the BBQ from my home state. I saw that the owners of this restaurant were also from Texas… Well, I’m assuming they’ve been away too long, for a place that’s called Texas BBQ, this does not taste like Texas BBQ. Didn’t even give us any bbq sauce or pickles or onions on the side (like they do in Texas). The BBQ beans tasted really bad and the potato salad didn’t have enough mustard. I will say the meat is soft and tastes okay but no sauce makes it too dry. Drinking machine didn’t even work and we waited near the end of our meal to get drinks. I thought, “Hey, if this is a good place, we’ll bring the kids here.” But no. Would not come here again. I rate 1/10. Looks good, tastes bad. Lol. I’m still on the hunt for other bbq places that actually taste like Texas BBQ.

Everything was fantastic. Cole slaw was amazing. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. My only wish was for better variety and flavor of BBQ sauces. They weren't terrible but (6 or 7 on a scale from 1 to 10) I have had so much better. I tried both the regular and the spicy (not big on mustard based BBQ sauces). My favorite commercial/restaurant sauce is Famous Dave's Devil's Spit.

Overall, the meat was really good. Nice smoke flavor on all. I had the beef ribs, brisket, and pulled pork, all were delicious. The sides left alot to be desired. Cole slaw lacked flavor. The green beans were tough and bland. The potato salad was meh. If you do your own sides with the meat as take out, then it's good stuff. Otherwise, skip it.

Unpretentious, genuine, Texas-style barbeque joint. You can smell the wood smoke from the parking lot. Order at the counter - if you're eating in, they hand you a number to post on your table. For to-go orders, they call your name. You can get large family-size portions to share, or individual plates. I had the two-meat combo: brisket and pulled pork. Both were delicious. They gave me a knife but I didn't need it. The meats were tender enough to cut with a fork. The mac and cheese side was hot and home-made; the coleslaw was tasty. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and prices are reasonable. What more do you need?

Food/Taste/ - ordered half a pound of tri-tip, moist brisket, and half a slab of baby back ribs. They were unfortunately out of beef ribs and there was some confusion on whether there were briskets available. All of the meats were tender, moist, and delicious overall. The only downside is that they don't really taste of anything so we had to slather sauce on it for flavor. - friendly and attentive but the cashier seemed a bit confused overall. Cashier didn't think there was any moist briskets but someone from the cutting area screamed out that there was. Since it was to-go order, we asked for plates and sauces and she said there was regular, sweet, spicy, or both. We asked for some of each but we were given 4 different sauces with one tasting like mustard.Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go.Value for - at about $40 for 1.5 pounds of meat , it's a reasonable deal. Just wished they had some more flavor to the meat rather than just relying on the BBQ sauce.

If I could rate the food a zero star I would, the biggest disappointed for bbq food. I ordered the 2 meat plate with chicken and ribs. I ordered to go, a there was absolutely no seasoning on this meat, no sauce, no rub, nothing. So I took their bbq sauce they have and covered everything in it, just to be even more disappointed. The bbq sauce absolutely has no flavor, like the smallest amount of flavor. The chicken was fall off the bone and so were the ribs, but all I could taste on the meat was how a fire pit smells when it’s burning wood. It was bitter and gross, I added ranch to see if it would help but nothing. When I ate the rib, it just taste like meat idk how to explain that but it was no flavor at all. Then I got the bbq beans and the Mac n cheese. Lemme start by saying the grossest bbq beans I ever ever tasted, it’s like pepper with some thick weird sauce all in your mouth, the Mac n cheese I had some hopes for the second I put it in my mouth, there was so freaking flavor?? Just pepper?? I spit it out, I didn’t enjoy this I didn’t even eat it I’m really upset because I spent almost 30 dollars for what??? Nothing was good?

I came for the beef ribs. I was very disappointed. They were more fat than meat. The sides mac n cheese, and bbq beans were pre packed and dry. The brisket was tender but lacked flavor. Pulled pork was ok, a little dry as well. My wife had the loaded potato with pulled pork. It was dry and flavorless. My son had the hot links and fries. They were very hard. He did not finish them. Overall, I would not drive from Centennial hills again to eat here. $73 down the drain.
