This is the most unseasoned, and flavorless BBQ you can find in Las Vegas, and a total misrepresentation of Texas BBQ. The Barbecue Sauce has flavor. The Beef Ribs are almost meatless. Chicken bland, brisket... Not it...Mac and Cheese ????? you can do better with Kraft Dinner I hoped to find some redeeming quality after spending $31... Just drive past and keep going until you get to John Mull's, Rollin' Smoke or anywhere that seasons the food they serve.

What can I say, we ordered a dish for 4 people and we had leftover food, a smoked roast chicken and an exquisite beef accompanied with some pasta with cheese sauce and potatoes with mayonnaise, a delight that you cannot miss and the best thing is the excellent price. Excellent service, I also recommend it at least once a week.

Big B catered our boys basketball banquet at Silverado last month, everything was wonderful. The Mac and cheese was on point. I will definitely use them in the futre.

Big B's has the best ribs!!! You can taste the fresh smokey flavor with every bite. No bbq sauce needed, however bbq sauce is always a plus. The fries, okra, and ranch are also really good. Additionally, this is one of the few places where you can find real southern sweet tea in Las Vegas.

Ribs were dry! Sauce didn't help at all. Coleslaw was perfect! The cashier was friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful place with a good atmosphere. Music was a little loud for my liking.

Everything was good except for the brisket. Brisket was super dry, had a texture of saw dust. Other than that place was amazing. I highly recommend the pulled pork

My friend catered a couple of things from here a while back & I remembered it being so good. I'm glad we finally came to the actual restaurant to check it out. I ordered the 3 meat plate & it was a ton of food - I had lots of leftovers. I was really impressed with the Cole slaw & potato salad - they had way more flavor than I expected. I think the pulled pork was my favorite. The fatty brisket was good paired with the tri tip but I'll probably try the lean brisket next time. Their bbq sauce was good, they had a spicy one I tried but it was too spicy for me personally. For 2 three meat plates & 2 banana puddings with a tip it was $67 - not cheap but like I said there was leftovers! I hope we come back next time we're in the area.

I’m a Texas native. I moved to Las Vegas last year with my kids. One of the things I missed was the BBQ from my home state. I saw that the owners of this restaurant were also from Texas… Well, I’m assuming they’ve been away too long, for a place that’s called Texas BBQ, this does not taste like Texas BBQ. Didn’t even give us any bbq sauce or pickles or onions on the side (like they do in Texas). The BBQ beans tasted really bad and the potato salad didn’t have enough mustard. I will say the meat is soft and tastes okay but no sauce makes it too dry. Drinking machine didn’t even work and we waited near the end of our meal to get drinks. I thought, “Hey, if this is a good place, we’ll bring the kids here.” But no. Would not come here again. I rate 1/10. Looks good, tastes bad. Lol. I’m still on the hunt for other bbq places that actually taste like Texas BBQ.

Everything was fantastic. Cole slaw was amazing. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. My only wish was for better variety and flavor of BBQ sauces. They weren't terrible but (6 or 7 on a scale from 1 to 10) I have had so much better. I tried both the regular and the spicy (not big on mustard based BBQ sauces). My favorite commercial/restaurant sauce is Famous Dave's Devil's Spit.

I had my Basketball Banquet the other day, and I had Big Bz Texas Bbq catered in. It turned out amazing !! from start to finish, the staff made everything easy. Feeding a group of hungry young men and their families can be challenging, but Big Bz led me in the right direction. Everyone was very pleased with the Tri-Tip, Pulled Pork, Chicken and links. That all paired well with their Beans, Cream Corn, Corn on the Cobb and Potato Salad . Mac n Cheese was my mom's favorite ( everyone else's too!!!). The price was good especially for such a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience , it was great food made by some great people!!!

The beef ribs were horrible and tough. Didn't enjoy the sides and the food overall was basic.

Big B's has been my go-to BBQ spot for some years now. The past couple of times I've been a little bit disappointed. If I could give a 3.8 I would because it doesn't deserve a 3, but definitely doesn't deserve a 4 in my ratings book. The service is always great. Friendly from the moment you walk in. For takeout, they make sure to show you your order before you leave. Their great. Inside is decorated so cool with license plates everywhere and wooden tables and a big bar. The food is what I'm having an issue with. Everything I had recently was so dry. Their Mac n cheese changed I think, lacking flavor. The beans weren't edible, so thick and too sweet. I think they should include some Texas toast or corn bread or a roll with their meals.

On our travels to LV my family and I were looking for a good authentic BBQ spot. We found this one and it was so good! We love the ambiance! Everyone was super nice. The food was so delicious! Our favorites were the brisket, turkey, sausage, coleslaw and green beans You must try their mustard sauce so good! We will be back on our next trip to Vegas.
