We went back to BC after a long absence. We are thrilled with the service and the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the sauce bar is gone and now we have to pay for each sauce. Disappointing but understandable in these times. What’s even more disappointing is thr Bc fries (like steak fries) are gone and replaced with boring crinkle fries that everyone else has. Too bad. The BC fries were unique and excellent. We like all the new options and will come back soon. The people are awesome and the food is good. Bring back the BC fries and the sauce bar, please.

We ordered a sandwich and the picture and the real sandwich it doesn’t look good the chicken it’s not even cooked and it taste is so bad it’s full of barbecue sauce and when you ask any sauce they want you to pay extra money we’re remember before you can get any kind of sauce you want it was free and the food it was fully cooked and the taste was great not anymore I hope the owner fix the problem they charge you $15 for this nasty food that’s sad

I was quite pleasantly surprised by Big Chicken. The food was excellent. The big pieces of chicken were not greasy. The Tender Plate box was full of crispy crinkle cut fries, chicken, coleslaw, and 2 pieces of Texas toast. Well worth the cost. Will definitely go again.

Tried Big Chicken for the first time today and it was really good. Had a Nashville hot sandwich and Chicken nugget combo. Everything was great. Restaurant was clean and employees were friendly. We will be back!
