Tried Big Chicken for the first time today and it was really good. Had a Nashville hot sandwich and Chicken nugget combo. Everything was great. Restaurant was clean and employees were friendly. We will be back!

Heard mixed things about this place but finally went and checked it out with my brother.
We both got the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich. Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had anywhere.
He did the crinkle cut fries; I paired mine with the sweet potato waffle fries and a root beer.
Staff was friendly and helpful, the dining room was immaculate.
Will certainly be back

While the chicken was sizeable, I believe that Shaq, that is, Shaquille O'Neil himself, would need to eat at LEAST 5 of the regular chicken sandwiches to even get CLOSE to being full. That means $30 spent at minimum for a big man at Big Chicken. Not very big on that cost. Other than that, the food was good

I wish I could give them 5 stars but I can’t. I was looking for a quick bite to eat and I just ordered the big chicken deluxe meal and it looked better than it tasted. I was pretty disappointed. It lacked flavor and the bacon I don’t know what that was but it wasn’t good. The staff was really friendly but in regards to the food… I won’t be back. Chik-fil-a has a better fast food chicken sandwich or hell even Popeyes. The only thing I get to do now is work off the “big chicken” because it was a nice size sandwich but it unfortunately missed the mark.

We came here for lunch in the afternoon, having heard so much about how amazing the fried chicken burgers are at Shaquille O'Neal's restaurant. When we arrived, the staff asked if it was our first visit. They were super friendly and gave us some great recommendations. After we ordered, they also let us know we could scan our receipt to collect points for rewards—such a nice touch!
The food came out pretty quickly. My kid ordered The Original + Make it DELUXE. The burger bun was soft, thick, and perfectly toasted. The sweet chicken breast paired beautifully with the sauce, which was just the right amount—not too much to make the bun soggy. The chicken breast itself was juicy, thick, and satisfying in portion size.
For the adults, we got The Ultimate. It featured chicken thigh meat that was tender, juicy, and had a unique flavor. If they could add a bit more crispy fried texture, it would pair even better with the mac & cheese, creating more layers of flavor and texture.
The fries were cooked really well—they won’t disappoint!
The staff even came by to check if everything met our expectations, which was a nice gesture. The dining environment was clean and comfortable, and even the restrooms were spotless. As a Vegas local, I highly recommend this spot—it’s definitely worth coming back to regularly! :)
