Big Chicken today was a Big Disappointment. I just found out that they no longer offer their thinly cut fries plus the self-serve sauce bar is no longer set up. You have to Wait and ask somebody for sauces. For some reason, the food didn’t quite taste as good as before. I’ve always liked Big Chicken, but I don’t see myself coming back here again unless I hear from someone that they’re back on track. By the way, if I wanted REGULAR fries, I would’ve got better fries from Burger King, In and Out Burgers, Fat Burger or Checkers.?

The fries were mediocre. The floor near the soda machine was wet - placing a dry/non slip mat there would prevent any falls. I was satisfied with my experience, just wish the sandwiches were bigger.

I am so sad to have to write this review because I have supported this business since opening day. I placed an order via the Big Chicken App a few weeks ago for future delivery. The delivery timeline came and went and I recieved an email from both Uber (delivery provider) and Big Chicken that my order was cancelled. This confused me because it showed delivered on my app. I called the location and was told my order was picked up and if Uber didn't delivery then I have to call who I placed the order through for a refund. I advised I placed the order through the Big Chicken app. He told me that they can't access online orders to do refunds and I would need to contact uber for a refund. I reiterated that I didnt buy from Uber, I bought from them and I got a cancellation email from Uber and Big Chicken so something, on their side, prompted that email. He refused to assist and put it on Uber. We called Uber they said we have to talk to the restaurant since they are just the delivery partner and the restaurant would refund and go through thier internal process with Uber. We called the restarant back to inform them. Got the same back and forth. We asked for corporate number. He gave us the wrong number. We found the corporate number online which led to the Paradise location. We were quickly assured of a refund. It never happened. We've called back to both locations and put in the corporate inquiry form twice with nothing back from the company. I can't support a brand that behaves like this. It makes no sense that they wouldn't refund for an unrecieved order. Even if it was an Uber problem, it's up to the restaurant to make it right and then to check their vendor. It's not on the customer to be sent all around the place for 2 weeks with no outreach or resolution in site.

Excellent!! Best chicken sandwich ever. We had the original which put Popeyes and the rest to shame.The chicken was fresh and cooked well. It stuck out from the great bun. Shaq’s sauce was very tasty. The fries are crinkled and cooked perfectly.The guys at the counter we very nice. The restaurant was clean!We will definitely return.

Disappointing to see there cutting the corners on food quality. Restaurant has made small but noticeable changes. Fries have changed from beautiful wedges to generic frozen crinkle fries. This really affected the taste especially on the dirty fries. I still love the chicken sandwich’s. Please don’t change anything

Really good food. Dined in and the manager randomly gave us some free ice cream and thanked us for coming in. Was nice. Vibe is fun, it had an arcade game and Foosball too so that was nice. Will be back!
